I LOVE this Holiday Inn. The front desk lady is over the top amazing. She is so friendly and made my stay 100x better. Rooms were clean and affordable. She gave me the best price she could for a king size bed. Not many places in the area to drive to but you can UberEats something. Not much parking for big rigs either.

Room had an odor that wasnt exactly pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Best biscuits I've ever had. Service attendant was extremely kind and helpful.

The hotel is going through a renovation, but most of it looks done. The staff was very nice and my room was newly finished and very clean. Absolutely no complaints AND the breakfast was better than normal for Holiday Inn.

The service is beyond measure.
I was traveling from Oklahoma to Mississippi with 2 teens and an infant. I was trying to get as far as I could so I didn't make a reservation. The evening front desk clerk Stacy was the sweetest and went above and beyond. Couldn't have gotten better service.

The rooms were nice but the restrooms Had dangerous edges and corners. If you were to slip and hit one, it would be catastrophic needs to be changed.

Beuitful place and friendly staff be better if the breakfast didn't open so late 630 am most workers and travelers are usually up and going early

Friendly service but very questionable place. IHG Places tend to be up to par but there was a strange odor throughout the establishment. After a long drive from Alabama, I was anticipating a great shower. Upon walking into the bathroom, I noticed there was a used toothbrush and toothpaste in the shower. The shower itself doesn’t looked like it has been cleaned in awhile. Smh!
