Rooms are older but nice. Housekeeping just needs to hit the corner of the room. They don't have the afternoon cookies or fruit....disappointing

My son stayed here for one night. The front desk charged the card that was on file AND the card my son gave them to charge at the time of checkout. In short he was charged twice for one night.

Tried calling and the night clerk was very inept at his job. First, he could not put two sentences together. Second, when I tried to get clarification, he couldn’t follow. He became frustrated then wanted to get off of the phone with no resolution in sight. My son, in his frustration, said a cuss word while trying to explain to the clerk again as he still was not comprehending. The clerk freaked out and hung up on him. We called a bit later and got another clerk who gave us a name to call the next day.

My son called and got the same poor inept clerk who freaked out the night before. There was no cussing but the poor fella lied and said you’re using same language as you did last night and hung up on him.

I will go higher up to resolve this as well as suggest this person be released from his position or at best get proper training. When I say he was clueless about what we needed …

We will not be staying here again. My advice to anyone considering it, do yourself a favor and don’t.

Clean and comfortable room and bed. Good value. Near the main road but I must have been on the quiet side as I didn't hear the traffic.

As budget hotels go this one is very good.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was self serve and reasonable.

Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable.

The service was excellent. The girl who checked us in was a delight. Our room wasn't the cleanest, and the door was broken. It hung from the hinges to low and made it smack the frame when it closed, and you had to lift it to open the door. We were in a room close to the highway, and it was noisy. When we left the next morning, there were 8 Jefferson Police cars there and an ambulance. Apparently, somebody died in one of the rooms the night before. Doesn't give you a good feeling to start your day!!.

Terrifying! I was interrupted three different times during my stay. Supposedly the staff needed to change televisions out. When they rescheduled with me I asked for a 12 hour leniency and instead they barged into my room at 10:30 PM - WHILE I was in my pajamas!!! The technician insulted me while he laughed at me for my embarrassment, HALF NAKED.

If I could give this place a zero I totally would! I have already convinced my corporate company to no longer stay anywhere with this franchise. Disgusting!!!!! When I called the front desk to share my experience I was hung up on by the same person who was rude to me the day before. This place is horrible do not ever stay here

The single most uncomfortable mattress I've ever laid on in my life. It's literally more comfortable to lay on the floor.
The shower water pressure is so low that you can barely rinse off.
This has been a miserable experience, and I will never stay at this hotel again. DON'T STAY HERE!

Close to the mall really nice location. Rebecca really took care of us in getting the right room after I accidentally switched it while I was driving to the hotel. Super nice. Be aware elevator suckssss you could spend 10 minutes waiting on it and only 1 is working — I ended up just talking the stairs the last time because it was a line of people waiting

Building was old and had the strong smell of cheap cleaning products. It’s in a noisy location between a freeway and and auto garage, where they spray their vehicles with loud pressure washers. It’s in a very industrial area. Not a lot to see within walking distance. Had worn, cracking caulk in the bathtub and extremely white lights in the bedroom. Prefer softer warmer lighting. Staff was nice but messed up my reservation, thankfully they resolved the issue quickly. It’s currently under renovations, but had a very low class vibe with a tiny lobby and sitting area. Attention to detail and comfort does not seem to be a concern here. Located on bus line which was nice and breakfast was good. The Country Inn across the freeway is very nice.

When I got there I had to fix the toilet myself because it wasn't flushing properly. I also had to fix the sink because the stopper was not attached and was stuck inside the sink. There's a bad smell coming from the restroom at night.

Location was great getting in on and off the interstate and causeway
Very convenient to everything in Metairie and getting to New Orleans
Staff is fantastic and property represented. Hampton Inns well.
Parking garage is a plus

The staff and accommodations are the reason I enjoy staying at this hotel. It is also close to shopping and the North Shore.

By accidental mix up,I had .y brother stay here not at the hotel I stayed in. However his room was amazing a bit better than rhe one o stayed in but we had a great room and the free breakfast to top it off. Sorry bro, next time I get it right.

No soft drinks available. Even the vending machine was empty. Cost me a couple cigarettes, each time I had to walk to the shell convenience store, to get drinks. The vagrants “must have a smoke” to avoid any further contact, you give them each one. All I’m saying Hampton….is 24rs should be long enough to restock! Especially since you buy at the grocery and fill the coolers yourself. Staff were A+ as always! 5⭐️

This review is for the road warriors looking for real feedback! I would find another place to stay next time I’m in the area. I stayed for 5 days, they only cleaned the room once. Even though I would remind them every morning I wanted Service. Ii would find myself walking back to the front desk to get clean towels. Covid is over, with what you charge for these rooms they need to start cleaning rooms daily! If you no not want service that’s what the door hanger is for! Great location, service really deserves 3 ⭐️!
