Several hours prior to our arrival I took advantage of the Bonvoy app to request additional towels, washcloths, hand towels, soaps, toiletries and pillow preferences. None of my requests were in the room when we finally arrived back at the hotel for check-in at 11pm because we were out enjoying Mardi Gras. Shower curtain was torn and the bedroom curtain would not completely close.
Not only were my Bonvoy app requests not granted or observed but we only had 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and zero wash cloths. It reminded me of staying in a hostel; not a Marriott property.
I checked-out via Bonvoy app but upon leaving the hotel by the front desk, none of the 4 ladies at the front desk even acknowledged us or our departure. The 4 of them were busy talking amongst themselves.
The parking garage and outdoor trash cans are disgusting. There is black oil stains and debris in the parking garage with zero safety/security measures in place.
We were never offered any amenities or told or offered food, beverages, workout room so we didn’t take advantage of those options.
Słaba lokalizacja. Hotel jest przy autostradzie i chodzenie pieszo mnie wchodzi w grę. Czekałem godzinę na taksówkę żeby zrobić 5-cio minutowy kurs.
Drugi minus to jedzenie. Wszystko z karty. Do wszystkiego poza owsianka dają smażone ziemniaki. Min. pół godziny czekania.
Staff that are rude
Staff that won't admit fault
Manager that does not know what she is doing to make customers feel good.
Restaurant . bar that has disgusting food.
Furniture that is old and well used.
I recommend finding a different place.
