We just had the most amazing stay in St Martin. The property we rented was Villa Libellule. It was arranged thru Sotheby’s Saint Martin. The property was just perfect for us! Axel was our concierge and he made our stay beyond our expectations. We will always request that he be “our person” for future stays. Axel and Sotheby’s will not disappoint and you will be assured that your stay in Saint Martin is absolutely wonderful!

Axel was our concierge while we were staying in a St Martin villa. From the beginning of our arrival to our departure day he was very helpful in recommending places to dine and was able to secure premium beachfront seating because he knew the owner of the restaurant. He was very helpful and recommending places to visit, a delight to work with. The day we arrived he stocked the refrigerator with items that he thought we would enjoy. We really appreciated his help!

Highly recommend the Villa La Salamandre. For best experience, I would book directly through Southerby as they have great customer service and go above and beyond fixing any issues you may encounter. Our concierge, Axel, and head of house. Catherine were outstanding, and also go above and beyond to ensure the best possible vacation experience. We will be returning for sure!

We loved our stay at La Salamandre. The house was beautiful, perfect for our large group and the team at Fantasia Villas and Sothebys was absolutely fantastic— attending to our every need. They made the whole vacation a totally wonderful experience.

Spent a lovely week at this hilltop Villa (falaise de oiseaux) enjoying it's breathtaking views. House manager Claudia was so kind and friendly, and Southeby's property manager Axel was the most helpful and responsive we have ever had renting villas in St. Martin. Thanks!

My wife and I spend an amazing week at Villa Ocean Blue in Orient Beach in October 2023. Axel, our concierge, helped make the experience so great as our much beloved host! His warm personality, knowledge of the island, and dining recommendations all made our stay even better than we could have imagined …..especially since the island was just emerging from offseason and many of our usual spots were closed. We look forward to returning and hope that Axel can once again host us!!!

This property was absolutely fantastic that we rented from Sotheby’s. Our hosts, Anthony and Pamela were extremely gracious. They tended to every need, and we felt at home on the property. Axel, who represented Sotheby’s, contacted us daily asking if we had any questions or concerns. He gave excellent recommendations for dining and activities. We highly recommend this property, Pamela, Anthony, and Axel. We hope to return soon.

My family and I had a lovely experience at Villa Bella Vita in St. Maarten. It was hard to find space for our party of 13 with three small children, but this place was fantastic. All staff were friendly and helpful, Giovanni, our concierge gave us great recommendations, and we even got a great babysitter, Kendra for the afternoons so the parents were able to enjoy the vacation. The villa itself was gorgeous, with all rooms showing an ocean/sunset view. Floating in the infinity pool looking out over the ocean while watching fireworks for the new year was an unbeatable experience. The foodies of the group treated us to delicious food made in the very well equipped kitchen. We were all delighted by the resident iguanas that sunned themselves in the trees off the balcony. We had fun watching movies together in the very comfy theater room. The house itself was probably too "smart" for it's own good and we had trouble with the gates and doors having a mind of their own, but Inna, the on site property manager was very responsive and helpful.
Overall, an unforgettable trip.

We had the most wonderful time in St. Martin and could not be more grateful to the Sotheby’s team for taking such amazing care of us. From Axel who provided amazing service and suggestions and reservations for us to Juliette who came and cleaned each day and was so thoughtful and thorough, we were able to completely let go and relax!! We can’t wait for the next trip!

We had the most incredible experience at Aqua Villa in St. Martin! It was the perfect place for our family of six to rest, reconnect, play and adventure together. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year! The Isle Blue and Sotheby’s staff were wonderful to work with and Axel handled our needs and gave us advice and insight during our stay. We can’t wait to return to this slice of heaven on earth!

My family and I have been visiting St Maarten for nearly two decades. This year we chose to stay at Espirit de la Mer, one of the Sothebys properties, and had one of our best visits yet. The villa itself was stunning, well kept, and outfitted with just about everything we could need or want. Axel, our concierge, made our experience outside the villa simply the best. He treated us like family and went above and beyond to ensure we ate at the best restaurants, lounged at the best beaches, and generally felt like his special guests. Could not recommend this villa and Axel enough!

Villa Happy Bay was absolutely incredible. It is impossible to beat the view and everything about the home was luxurious. Axel was extremely helpful in making our stay as enjoyable as possible with tons of recommendations as well as booking restaurants for us and massages too. Lydia the housekeeper was also excellent and kept the villa spotless for the entire stay. I truly could not recommend happy bay more highly

Cheyenne is simply amazing!!!
She goes above and beyond at any given time without hesitation. She was truly amazing to work with and provided me with 5 star service throughout my time on the island. Everything about this place was wonderful: the location, the bedroom size (all masters), the house was well stocked with everything you needed and the beds/linens were sooo comfortable! It was such a benefit having a lift for my stepdad that has limited mobility. The upstairs pool pad was lovely and relaxing!
Axel was great, greeted us when we arrived and went over everything in the house. Likewise he was always available for questions. Rayma - the housekeeper kept everything perfect!

Our family had the best holiday and would definitely recommend!! Thank you

Thank you to Cheyenne and the entire Sotheby’s team at Villa La Josephine! The house is gorgeous, the view is impeccable and the staff were amazing. My friends and I had the most amazing 5 days at La Josephine and look forward to visiting again! Cheyenne was really amazing, always available to ensure we were good and having the best time! Villa Joie de Vivre was perfect for our family of 6 (3 couples) with space enough for us to all have our privacy and common spaces for us to gather. Our housekeeper, Nima, did a great job taking care of us without being too obtrusive, and our concierge, Axel, checked in with us every day to see how he could help and helped solve a couple of minor maintenance issues that arose while we were there. OFS concierge, Nicole, did a great job of coordinating a private chef and catamaran trip. The location between Porto Cupecoy and Marigot was fantastic and the setting on the beach was spectacular. Everything was in excellent condition and we made great use of the beach, pool, hot tub, kitchen, stereo/sound system, etc. We would definitely consider returning to this villa.
