Dereva est le meilleur hôtel que j'ai pu trouver à Rwamagana. Le service est excellent. Les employés sont gentils et assidus. La piscine est propre.

Un très bon hôtel pour un séjour avec un excellent service. Le seul bémol est que les chambres ne sont pas climatisées. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine propre et agréable. Le restaurant est excellent, proposant des portions généreuses à des prix abordables, et le petit déjeuner est remarquable. Le jardin et l'atmosphère générale sont remarquables.

The toilets need a shower curtain. The room cleanliness is acceptable.The breakfast is same daily and not suitable for long stay visitors. The location is serene and the staff is Friendly.

Good service, amazing staff who will serve you with dignity. They need to improve the reception services and housekeeping through the use of checklist. Also, their website needs improvement or they close it. It confuses the potential clients.

Too expensive for what it is
Swimming pool and common place (restaurant etc ) are good
The room is not worthy ! It could be cleaner and everything is very old and falling appart especially the bathroom (it is the same I expect when I pay 13 $)

This hotel is really smart and the prices are pretty affordable. It is located near the road. The swimming pool is always clean and the service they gave me was supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. I really loved the place in general.

I have stayed at the hotel in '12,'14,'15 and' 22, and is stil the same. The rooms are run down, no ac and no fan, and if you somehow manage to get to sleep, you'll get an unwanted "wake up call" every morning at around 5:30 from birds jumping around on the tin roof.
If you order food from the menu, don't get surprised if it takes 1 hour to get there - sometimes even longer.
Powercuts are quit frequent. The staff will do anything to help you, they are just marvelous!
