Super nice room and staff !
I would just recommend the owners to fix the wooden floor planks in our bungalow, as they were are a bit dangerous (unstable planks and nails popping out).
Also a private or shared kitchen would be very welcome considering the price of the bungalow.
Very nice bathroom (though no soap/shampoo was provided) and great mosquito nets.
Except for those few details, I recommend and would come back !

The owner was really nice and supported us with everything we needed. The location is amazing! They also offered us to carry the luggage to the room. Breakfast was the best we got in our trip to Colombia. Totally recommended.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans l’une des cabanes proposées.
Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et serviable.
Le réveil dans le jardin/jungle est très agréable, on peut y observer les colibris au lever du soleil.
Seul bémol, le trajet de la route aux cabanes se fait en 10/15min sur un terrain accidenté. Ce n’est pas adapté aux personnes âgées ou en situation de handicap. Et préférez les sacs à dos aux valises à roulettes !

If you’re looking for a secluded and natured-focused stay in Minca, I could not recommend Minca Glamping enough. While the 10 minute hike up from the road is not suited for everyone, the privacy and escape the Deluxe Bungalow offers is well worth it.

Nore and Carlos were fantastic hosts. When we arrived, Carlos met us at the gate and graciously carried my suitcase to reception at the top of the hill, where Nore greeted us with fresh juice. Throughout our stay, they were always quick to reply to a WhatsApp message if we needed to refill our water, order dinner or needed other assistance and had great insight into local attractions. When we didn’t need anything, they made sure the property offered us the peace and quiet we were looking for.

The included breakfast is generous, offering a huge serving of fresh fruit, eggs, toast, pastries, juice and coffee. While the property is close enough to town to walk to dinner, they also offer room delivery service from a handful of nearby restaurants. This was really nice on our first night after a long day of travel.

Their guide book has lots of information about nearby attractions including accurate hiking time and difficulty, which was a life saver as Google Maps can be unreliable in the area.

The only suggestion I have is to be more explicit about the difficult walk from the road to to the property. For us it was fine, but I can imagine some guests not wanting to commit to that.

The best accomodation in Minca. In the hills, surrounded by nature.

4. You’re immersed in nature, with the sounds of birds, trees and water. Magical!

A few things to note before booking: the hotel is 20 minutes on foot from Minca (10 min walk to the gate and 10 min hike to the cabin going through a river as well). The hosts helped us bring the suitcases all the way up. There is no hot water as most places in Minca. As they note when you book, there is only breakfast included and they do not serve lunch or dinner, however you can order to have delivery to your room. It rains in the afternoon so make sure to hike in the morning and enjoy the rain from the cabin!

Beautiful camping, incredibly friendly and lovely people, the rooms are very clean, incredible surroundings and all in all perfect!

Tres cosy malgré quelques fourmis

What an amazing 3 nights we have just spent at Minca Glamping. This little oasis is accessed by an uphill trek through lush rainforest so be prepared for the walk when you arrive. The reward for the walk is a simple but beautiful cabin with stunning 360 views. The privacy is fantastic and waking up to surround views and the sounds of the forest is like heaven.
Carlos and his family looked after us like royalty. Breakfast on the open patio is delicious and they were always on hand to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
A really lovely family who work hard for their guests.
Minca is about a mile away but the walk through the forest is a delight. We always made sure we were back before dark.
If you enjoy being close to nature and don't mind the hike then Minca Glamping would be hard to beat. We have travelled extensively and this place is right up there on our list of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommended

My favorite place that we stayed in Columbia.
The location is breath taking, safe, and walking distance from Minca village. It took us 20 mins to walk from our favorite restaurant Lazy Cat to the house. The whole area is fenced and you will get a key for the gate. There's a solid bamboo bridge for crossing the river, which was calm and shallow at the time. We enjoyed every walk, especially by night and I recommend to take a head torch with you. It's a great experience to stay in the jungle, separated from mosquitos and other insects but almost outside, because part of the house construction are nets. You can watch the mountains, nature and moon from your bed. In the morning you will be awakened by a gang of chickens and turkeys:D. The rooster is definitely the king of jungle in this area.
The place is spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. The hosts are such lovely, responsive, helpful and welcoming folks. We enjoyed the simple but delicious breakfast and fresh fruits. There are many attractions and hikes nearby.

Bellissimo posto dove dormire a Minca!
Il tutto si trova a circa 15/20 minuti a piedi dal paesino di Minca. I “bungalow” sono sparsi per la foresta, in completa tranquillità e sicurezza.
Le camere sono pulite, comode e immerse in questo paradiso che potete vedere nelle foto. In 2 per 2 notti abbiamo pagato l’equivalente di circa 90€.
Colazione inclusa con frutta, te/caffè, uova, arepa/pane.
Possibilità di pagamento solo in contanti.
Super consigliato!

Hatten es leider nicht zum Hotel geschafft, deshalb können wir nur den Weg dorthin bewerten. Wir mussten einen Fluss mit Gepäck und ohne Brücke überqueren. Nicht empfehlenswert bei strömenden Regen! Nachdem wir die Unterkunft kontaktiert hatten, wurde uns nicht weitergeholfen. Auch wurden wir nicht über den fehlenden Zugang informiert. Nur eine kostenlose Stornierung angeboten! Danke für nix!
