Aqui nuestra experiencia:
Después de esperar más de una hora porque la habitación estaba lista (mucho después de la hora de check-in), faltaban dos toallas, la cocina no funcionaba, los platos estaban sucios y había pelos de gato en una cama???? El WiFi no funciona y el inodoro tampoco funciona.
¡Pero LO PEOR fue que había PECES PEQUEÑOS por toda el agua! ¡¡¡¡¡ellos VIVIERON!!!!! ¡Fue muy repugnante!
El chico del hostal nos ayudó mucho y fue muy amable, pero el dueño no y cuando le escribimos sobre los problemas fue muy grosero y rudo en los mensajes!! Además, solo comentó los pesces como "lamentable" y no fue posible recuperar parte del dinero ni cambiar una habitación ni nada. El dueño muchas veces no respondía nada, y cuando lo hacía, era muy incomprensible. Los peces permanecieron en el agua todo el tiempo que estuvieron allí, para CEPILLARSE LOS DIENTES Y DUCHARSE????????. Muy repugnante, que pena!!!!
But the absolute worst offence is that there were LITERAL FISH, dead and alive, coming out of the tap with the water we wanted to use for cooking. Not only that, but we had fish falling on us when we wanted to shower.
Junior, who helped fix almost all our problems, was very helpful, the owner however was terrible...
We tried to talk to him reasonably about some kind of refund. He answered very disrespectfully and refused to acknowledge any fault on their part. When we continued to press, he just flat out ghosted us.
If you stay in Minca, stay away from this place!
