NIAGARA CROSSING HOTEL & SPA se situe au 100, Center Street , Lewiston
The food and atmosphere at the party made up for the room. It was very nice. The staff are so friendly. But this place should not be charging over $200/night when it's in serious need of a major upgrade.
Room 401 & 403
Huge rooms with 2 queen beds
The rooms are big and beautiful. They are very well maintained, clean, and odour free.
Each bed had 3 pillows.
Mattresses are a bit firm and pillows were a bit soft, which affected our sleep quality.
Huge Bathrooms w deep bathtub and a seperate shower. Pristine cleanliness. No concerns.
Shower head is very high making it good for very tall people.
The mirror is fixed tilted down making it hard for tall people to use properly.
The breakfast was nice, consisting of sausage (pork?) , scrambled eggs, homefries, bagels, muffins and danishes. There are cereals, yogurts, fruit, juices, coffee/tea, waffle station and more.
Service was exceptional. We arrived early and asked about early check in since we were there. Unfortunately they were unable to accommodate as they had many guests who did not check out on time due to an event happening in town. The lady was very noce and friendly about it, and we had a lovely conversation. She offered some suggestions for dining, and was very friendly.
When we did check in much later another lovely woman checked us in. Also very friendly snd engaging.
The morning staff were also very nice snd helpful, including breakfast staff.
The hotel is a beautiful spot to stay. Very attractive, clean, well decorated, and amazing location overlooking niagara river.
Parking is free but not a lot of spots availsble. Street parking was our option.
There is no pool or fitness centre at this hotel .
We have already booked a second stay at this hotel.
