Hotel was very clean, the room very clean. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate all day and night. The breakfast was free and had plenty to offer. Service was fantastic

Suite was huge and gorgeous. Very comfortable. The front desk team was delightful! Also ????️‍???? friendly.

Very good location, nice rooms and comfy. The lock of my room wasn't working but the staff offered to change me to another room. All that I want was rest, was my answer. At morning the lock was fix.

This is the only place i will stay when im in the area..I’ve tried other local hotels and they don’t compare to quality of service and understanding of hospitality at its finest.. I am a veteran hospitality nyc restaurant professional and I can honestly say how pleasantly impressed I was with the brightness of Julie who not only checked me in but informed of my rewards.. my room was fantastic with a request for a tub…the room was immaculate.. the bed so comfortable and the bedding so soft and fresh.. the bathroom was sparkling ✨ with plush towels and plenty of little bathroom goodies… i had a most restful and enjoyable stay .A great location ( shops, restaurants and train station ) that is hard to beat.. Everything and everyone were kind ,warm, and welcoming… my expectations were exceeded.. I am sure yours will be too .. the staff does not disappoint!! I felt completely looked after .. I ll definitely return.. this is the place..!!!

I really can’t rate any of the above categories because my reservation was cancelled by the sales manager 3 days before my wedding. Although a wedding is a beautiful occasion, it is also a very stressful time. Not having a room the night before my wedding should be the last thing I needed to worry about when I booked this room well in advance. I called closer to the date of stay to see if rates had gone down, which they did. I was made aware that because this was the best rate there would be no refunds if I were to cancel. I was happy about the savings and asked the representative if I could still pay upon arrival and she said yes.
The very next morning I receive an email that my reservation was cancelled. I called the hotel right away and got a representative who did not seem to be in the actual hotel, but advised me the reservation was cancelled because payment was declined. The rep was nice, however I will admit I was extremely aggravated and insisted to speak with someone in the hotel. I didn’t receive an email or anything regarding needing an updated payment method. I was able to speak with Sadie the sales manager who was very short, condescending and lacked any type of empathy that comes along with providing excellent customer service. I did ask for clarification on why I was told that I could pay upon arrival, which was clearly not the case. She stated she cannot speak for other people and hotel policy states if they can’t collect payment the reservation has to be cancelled. I continue to ask questions because I was overwhelmed by the entire situation, she then states “oh I’m completely aware of that. I am the one that decided to cancel the reservation.” So my question is was it policy that you had to cancel or did you just decide that you wanted to cancel for the heck of it? Either way I told her I didn’t like the way I was being treated and I ended the call.
I’ve never been treated so poorly by a hotel that I never got the opportunity to set foot in and I can thank Sadie for that.

Have stayed here at least a dozen times over the last 20 years and I'm sorry to say this time will be my last time. The place has really gone down hill. We were on my honeymoon and we ordered the suite with jacuzzi tub. We get there and the tub has cracks all through out it and it has been very sloppy patched. Looked terrible. The second night we finally tried to get over the look of it and wanted to try and use it. The jets wouldn't start at first then they finally did only to start shooting out mold and mildew chunks into the water. Disgusting! Brought it to the managers attention the next morning and was basically blown off. Called the corporate office and basically recieved the same treat. "OH we'll look into it" extremely disappointing. Will not be returning.

In town for a wedding. Great hotel. Very clean and people were amazing.
