We use the venue for our Scrabble® tournament next door at Locust Grove, and we even hold a mini-tourney in the beautiful spacious hotel lobby.

The hotel facilities are very nice but the walls are paper thin. I could hear everything happening in both rooms next door to mine.

This hotel has no pool. there are photos of a pool on their website. the rooms are nice and spacious but the phones are hard to use and the tvs were having problems

Property is a bit dated, which wouldn’t be a big deal if it was clean. Bathroom walls - not even going to describe. Property needs refreshed and CLEANED! Won’t be back to this location.

Located off a business busy road that goes one way. You have to go to several lights to cross to the other side. This is true for all businesses on this road. Clean rooms, updated. Wallpaper shower, lighting, bedding, curtains, Mini fridge, and microwave. The bed was okay both sides felt worn down. I had a king bed so sleeping in the middle was fine. When you check in they have you drive to an outside door near your room to get to your room. I didn't really like this it didn't feel all that comfortable to me. I do think it was the easiest way to get to the room. I think this is just a weird setup for a hotel. It is shaped like a U. Finding your way to the lobby is like being in a maze if you are not on the same floor as the lobby. They have food for sale a yogurt parfait was almost $10 which I thought was kind of ridiculous. My room had an empty body wash, the phone had no numbers to call the front desk. I had to Google the phone number. The front desk brought some up. Then I got in the shower and realized there was no conditioner. The shower had good water pressure but the drain was a bit clogged. Trash cans had no bags which I thought was strange. The room was also missing a luggage rack. The Internet seemed slow and would disconnect every time my phone locked. They had an offer for you to pay for the internet. I am a Platinum card holder. I should never have to pay for good Internet considering how much I pay to have a Marriott card and how much I spent every year at Marriott properties. I never experienced that at any other Marriott. The hotel staff was really nice!

After one hiccup at check-in (quickly recovered), the stay has been very nice. Convenient location. Friendly, accommodating staff. Spotlessly clean rooms. Wi-fi is "ok". Furnishings in the room are worn, but functional. Great water pressure in the shower. Comfortable bed & good pillows. Too easy to hear noise from nearby rooms. Breakfast is good with nice staff in the Bistro.

I feel like I died and went to Marriott Heaven. Every single employee was gracious, enthusiastic and knowledgable. The rooms were bright and clean and spacious. An outstanding hotel in every aspect.

The only complaint is I could not call the front desk, dialing zero, and there was no conditioner and not enough body wash, but the rooms, were so nice and slept so good, when arriving Chantel, was supreme customer service, and very pleasant, and the same when checking out senka was very pleasant, the hotel is clean and comfortable and beautiful, and well maintained

Very clean, nice hotel. The staff/management has been okay, at best. Maybe it's a geographic thing, but as someone from the midwest, most of them came off as rude. Rooms are very clean, bathrooms are spotless. This is a decent place to stay, with a beautiful common area/lobby. Customer service leaves much to be desired.

The hotel itself is very clean and new, but very overpriced in my opinion. However, I gave it 3 stars because the service is AWFUL. I had a room block here for my wedding, which provided the hotel with a good amount of business. It was impossible to get ahold of anyone. We would leave messages and receive no responses. Everyone had different answers to our questions. Also, the check-in times were horrendous. We were told check-in began at 3. Some rooms were not ready at 5 PM! This was a huge inconvenience as we had a rehearsal dinner to get to and people needed to freshen up after long drives. The only reason I used them was becuase of its location to my venue. If it had not been for the location, I would not have worked with them.

Very clean, spacious and convenient Courtyard franchise. Ample parking space. Staffs were courteous and helpful. Im speechless for how great this courtyard is.

Nice rooms, clean, efficient. Weird that the bar restaurant closes at 10 pm. And not all on the menu was available. What was the use in handing us a menus.

Location is not convenient. Staff was not hospitable and rude.
I walked all the way across the property to my room and key did not work. Had to walk all the way back to the front desk and no apologies, plus asking me questions what I did to caused the key to malfunction. What????
I'm a Hilton honors member and I usually don't stay at a Marriott. I guess this is why. I'm treated with respect at Hilton. Never again .

The person at the front desk changed the name of my Marriott bonvoy account after I explicitly told him not to. This made my future reservations very difficult and I had to call a support number to change it back. Just disrespectful and underhanded.

First room looked like either someone was staying there or the cleaning service had started ripping sheets off the bed and then left. The second room was clean. However the TV did not work. The heat was stuck on ac. The handle on the bathroom faucet literally broke off in my kid's hand and we brushed our teeth in the rub for rest of our stay. Staff was really nice. Offered us breakfast.
Went to bed and woke up several times and felt very itchy.
I did check out and told the front desk about our dinner issues. Young lady told me her manager would reach out but never did.
