Made a reservation on April 10th. Got a call on April 15th saying they couldn't honor the reservation because they were prioritizing a group from Suny Albany, so I would need to cancel my reservation or they would. Just so happens Brewfest is the same day of my reservation. Looks like a nice place but will never know because if they don't honor a reservation what else is there for a hotel?? The lady that called me was nice enough and seemed like she didn't want to be making these calls. She told me she had 10 more calls to make so maybe there will be more reviews like this show up. Not very classy.

What a cute little hotel! It was nice staying somewhere unique instead of a big chain. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are very clean and modern, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The food at the restaurant is delicious as well. Highly recommend staying here if you're ever in the area!

Great location with top restaurants a block away. Excellent service. Clean rooms. I don’t know how the star rating system works, but felt more like a 4 star hotel than the 3 stars I saw when booking online.

Beautiful hotel. Many renovations have been done, the rooms were more modern. Pool was nice, breakfast and dinner were fantastic. Lots of areas for seating. Nice piano in main room. I enjoyed our weekend there.

I made a call with Tabitha and had way more than enough on my card. She must’ve put the details in wrong or something because she was not only extremely unprofessional and rude to me but she refused to help me get a room. It’s a shame that’s how they treat their paying customers. Staying at econo lodge now instead because they actually know how to treat people. I’ve stayed at this place before and had a wonderful experience. Definitely a change in staff is needed given not being able to type in basic card info.

Front desk staff always amazing, housekeeping lacks alot, we have 1/4 roll of TP in our room when we checked in along with empty shampoo bottles in the shower. I wish they served at least a continental free breakfast.

Outdated bathroom. Toilet was short and got clogged. Shower was horrible. Small and zero pressure. Room was small and no fridge in room. Was not happy with what I paid and the way the room was. Would not stay here again.

Although I was not here to stay the night I was here for breakfast. I found the atmosphere and the food to be top notch. I definitely understand why this is a destination for many. I had the avocado toast which was exceptional.

The staff, food and rooms were wonderful. Downfall is to make sure you do not have an adjoining room door. You can hear everything! The pool was great for families but the maintenance on the pool needs to more efficient. The chemical levels were extremely high causing rashes on my children and myself even after a shower.

I was a guest visitor to this hotel.
It is quaint and historic.
Cozy rooms and wonderful decor throughout.
It is located near center downtown and close to many quaint eateries all within a short walk.
Great parking and clean rooms.
By way, the heater in my room was excellent!
I omitted the service since I didn't partake in any services the hotel offers however, staff was friendly indeed!
