Much quieter, no smoking room and hallway was just that, void of that dreadful

Stay anywhere else but here. This hotel is gross. We had stains on our sheets, I had to clean our shower and floors bc it was dirty (the rag turned gray), torn furniture, and peeling carpet. Only good thing was the hot water and location. We won't be back.

The front desk lady was really nice. Unfortunately when she gave us our room key, it was a room that was already taken. We walked in and a man was getting out of the shower. We went back to the desk to inform her of the mix up. She gave us a different room, there was still food in the refrigerator and freezer from previous guests and the thermostat didn’t work so it stayed at 63° and it’s already cold outside. The only positive was there was hot water. I wouldn’t stay here again.

For $175 a night, man, this was disappointing. The initial towels in our room had hairs on them. Every single one. Or visible dirt. So I went to get another stack of towels, and those too ALL had hairs on them. The bathtub had some kind of glued on mat that was moldy around the edges. Kind of blows my mind. The rooms were spacious but dated and the chair cushions were stained. There was a nice dog run out back and the beds seemed clean.

Excellent place to stay. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Dog friendly. Free washer and dryer use. FREE POPCORN.. hahaha
This place has really blew me out of the waters. So glad we chose this place! Also has a full kitchen.

If I didn’t have several dead roaches, on different occasions, in room and hallway it wouldn’t have been so bad but…..! All employees, I had contact with, were extremely helpful and personable. We used washer and there was some kind of tar left in washer and it ruined some of our clothes and some towels. Young lady at front desk offered to rewash everything in their commercial washer. Some of the tar came out but mostly the stuff was ruined. They did try though!! Personally , I would not stay here again.
