Bad Experience with Travel Agent "Hanin" -
Stay Away from AGENT HANIN. Insulting person with RUDE attitude which may affect Green Apple Travel & Tourism negatively FOR SURE !!!

Also, just 2 weeks ago she did the same story as per google reviews when scrolling through reviews - reference to this : https://g.co/kgs/uTigTp7

Unfortunately, I got connected with her regarding an Armenian Tourist Visa.

I do understand, process is different for some nationalities, but overall online application is costing around $10.
However, for my nationality it is totally different process which I do understand it may require additional steps to get it.

This morning, she sent me the required documents, and mentioned the process.

Also, AED 850 for invitation process - the good part is, I have done the same invitation processes in couple of countries, and never exceeded AED 150 - so it is my right as a customer to be surprised why would an invitation letter/process cost AED 850 - specially I have done it many times while not even crossing AED 100 to AED 150 !

Simply I asked Agent Hanin, why is the invitation letter costing AED 850, while online is costing less than $10 !
She replied, show me how you can get, then go do it online with the attitude I bet you can get !

By the way HANIN / and Green Apple Travel & Tourism -
Whenever I applied to Schengen Visa through VFS GLOBAL - the process did not even cost AED 850 VFS application !! LoL

I called their office to report that, and seek a managerial level assistance !

However a some one called ALI is saying he is the assistant manager, but he cannot provide his full name as this is privacy !!! HAHAHA what a team, may be everything but not Professional for sure !

Lets see their Manager Mr. Imad if he is going to call as promised by the Mystery Assistant Manager Mr. Ali.

Applied for Japan visa through Green Apple Travel . Vanessa coordinated for the visa process. She was prompt efficient and cooperative in the whole application process . Got visa in the time frame as promised.
Definitely recommend them

I approached Dima from Green apple for South Korea business visa. She kept losing the documents, was not prompt on her responses and information and on top of all did not mention that certain documents were needed in original. So on the day of the appointment, I had to run around to get the photocopies and print outs and my application wasn’t complete as I had to call for the originals which means I have to go back again to the agency. Yuliia who is her manager refuses to accept any mistake.

You appoint an agency to reduce the workload, however it was the complete opposite.

Absolutely don’t recommend this.Read through the other reviews (the ones who have rated them poorly) and you will find synergy in most of them.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Ms. Kate Bustarde for her excellent assistance and being well-accommodating for attending my queries and follow ups without any delay. Having an approved evisa to Japan is a greatest achievement for me and it all thanks to her for her good attitude and action during the entire process. Thank you Ms. Kate. So glad that you're the one who handled my file. Looking forward to our next engagement again????.
