The food was really great and the staff were very nice and professional, the place has a very nice atmosphere, one of the best restaurants in my opinion. One of the workers deepesh served us and his work was very professional.

As frequently we visit, we have never experienced the lack.of service and attention as we did April 5 evening. We decided that is was lack of leadership or management and that staff did not have their usual sense of value for the customers.
I do hope this changes and the significance of the business is clearly communicated.

Good Place for a Quick launch or dinner inside the Dubai Mall. The pizza "alla pala" was very good and like the real italian one

Мои любимые итальянцы в Дубае! Во-первых это вид на фонтан. Самая топовая точка. Сервис - 10 баллов. Внимание к деталям и действительно искреннее отношение к гостям и кухня. Мень небольшое, но все вкусное. А коктейли - отдельный респект.

Their chocolate crepe is the best you will ever eat, guaranteed <3 staff are the nicest and the atmosphere and presentation of the food is amazing. a very cozy place with superb food!!

My sister treated me to a cooking class at Eataly for my birthday, and it was incredible! We got hands-on with pizza, calzone, and pasta sauce, and I was amazed at how much I picked up about dough and sauce-making. We ate what we made, and they even provided water, coffee, and some delicious desserts!

Chef Matteo was awesome – super knowledgeable, fun, and professional. Plus, having Francis there to lend a hand made everything run smoothly.

The kitchen was spotless and had everything we needed, which made the whole experience even better. And the best part? We got to enjoy the fruits of our labor – we ate what we made, and they even provided water, coffee, and some delicious desserts!

From start to finish, it was top-notch. Big shoutout to Chef Matteo, Francis, and the Eataly team for making my birthday so memorable!

Ce restaurant est complètement atypique. On a l'impression de rentrer dans une épicerie italienne, quand on est surpris de constater au fond du magasin un restaurant. Les plats sont savoureux et le service est souriant. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le plus: le bar à Nutella à l'entrée du magasin.
