Connue et fréquentée par les nombreux Emiriens d'origine iranienne, elle est l'antre de plats iraniens de qualité : aubergines frites, riz safrané, kebabs… Sans oublier les glaces onctueuses. Musique en live sauf les dimanches, mais tenez-vous éloigné des enceintes pour ne pas y laisser votre ouïe. C'est une adresse où vous pouvez aller dîner les yeux fermés. El Chef Abol, heredó las artes y secretos culinarios de su padre.
El pan Naan con semillas de ajonjoli en horno de arcilla, expectacular se sentia la suavidad de el tiempo tomado en la preparacion de la masa y lo crujiente del producto final.
Nos regalaron una ensalada similar a Salad-E-Shirazi, tenia lechuga,menta, pepino tomate, nos sorprendió lo fresco de los vegetales. Nos dieron una suave crema de yogurt, menta y pepinos. Delicioso!!
Pedimos Kash E Bandemjan. Una berenjena frita con menta y ajo, suave y cremosa, buena para huntar.
Luego pedimos varias sopas . E-Morgan Soup, suave cremosita base de tomate y pollito en trozos, un elevado sabor y suave picosidad. La Ash -E- Reshteh soup, un festival de sabores de diferentes vegetales al estilo Persa. Imperdible frescura.
El te negro super delicado y fino. Sabor en boca redondo.
El te verde, lleno de sabor.
Pensábamos perdir algo más pero que va no somos de grandes banquetes.
