The breakfast is very bad, I want tea, I say it 3 times and wait 30 minutes. The sea is very bad.

السيرفيس بالبحر بطيء جدا وممنوع تطلبين او تاكلين فيه بس مشروبات
حاطين على بحر وفيه فوق ٢٠ كرسي رجال واحد يخدم و واحد يجيب لك فوط !!!

En un lugar extraordinario entre Marina y The Palm. Puro lujo.
The lights in the bathroom and room are not working. Management says it's a "technical issue" as if that's the guest's problem!! Terrible property and terrible customer service. We have a suite and lights in the bathrooms and rooms are not working. We have to wait for an "engineer" to fix it. What a joke.
I have stayed in many hotels in Dubai, you can't go wrong with Mandarin and Four Seasons. One and Only Royal Mirage is a One and Only Joke. First and Last time here. As a customer spending bundles, we shouldn't have to deal with this agitation.
P.S. They need to learn how to treat western guests. Don't fall for management's response below.
