Situé dans le quartier de Oud Metha, non loin de Wafi Mall et de l'Alliance française, Grand Hyatt Residences offre 186 appartements et villas, tous spacieux et dont la superficie oscille entre 127 et 345 m². De haut standing, tous les appartements offrent de belles vues soit sur la Creek, soit sur la Skyline ou les jardins de l'hôtel. Les cuisines sont toutes équipées et on trouve dans chaque appartement une machine à laver et un sèche-linge. Convient aussi bien aux hommes d'affaires qu'aux familles. Les enfants ont accès au kids club de l'hôtel.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Siddharth and Mr. Rahol, and the entire team at the Grand Hyatt Hotel Dubai for their exceptional service during my recent stay.
From the moment I arrived, Mr. Siddharth and Mr. Rahol went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set the stage for a memorable stay.
I would also like to extend my thanks to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and commitment to excellence. The level of service provided at every touchpoint, from the front desk to the Collective restaurant, exceeded my expectations.
Additionally, I want to commend the room service team for their promptness and the culinary team for the delicious meals they prepared. Every dish was a testament to the skill and dedication of the culinary team.
Lastly, I must acknowledge the housekeeping team for their impeccable attention to detail and the pristine condition of my room throughout my stay.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Staff are very welcoming and friendly.
Raj, Rajendra, Har and John at the Front of House, Karan, Robin, Rizan, Ruzanna, Rajeev, Ajas, Chef Shashi and chef Mohit in the restaurant, Gita, Anil the rest of the pool crew as well as the house keeping team were stars of the hotel! They made every effort to make sure that our stay was the best experience that we had! Happily come back next year for our next trip.

Me, my husband and our baby had a staycation at Grand Hyatt and it was very special indeed. From the day we checked-in, they already upgraded our room and received a bowl of welcome fruits. The hotel itself is very luxurious and has a man-made forest inside. They have a huge pool with different deep levels, they have a peacock sanctuary which my baby enjoyed watching, they also have an indoor pool to enjoy when the weather become too hot.We had dinner at the Wox restaurant and the food was great! We had breakfast at The Market Cafe which is good although the choices are more Indian. Mr Mithun was very thoughtful and gave us a Bon Voyage cake which we greatly appreciated. We thank Ms Jackie at the Reception for the lovely hospitality. Overall our stay at your hotel was very memorable, we will surely come back again.
