Thank you v hotel for my stay. Room was very good i very appreciated. I ordered food in room food very good good service by Rohit and Kaushal, in the night lobby too much croud concierge team always assist Aamir, Ajay and lot of thank you Houskeeping team Ali Hussnain and saisant.

I definitely recommend this hotel to all of you out there as I was treated exceptionally well from check-in to check-out. Mr. Rick who greeted us at the counter allowed us an early check-in and was warm, welcoming and informative . As we entered the room all requested special arrangements was already organised in the room , not to mention the room itself was awesome with a splendid view of the canal. I was also chosen as guest of the day which allowed me and my husband complimentary access to the executive lounge for tea-time, happy hour and breakfast. As we visited the lounge we were greeted and taken care of by Mr. Gyan, Chef Arun and Rubie.. such friendly people. They took care of us at the table and the spread was such a treat. We then visited the pool where we were greeted by Mr. Madhu who was very informative about all the pools around the hotel. Morning breakfast had us wonder struck as there was so much variety in the spread. My husband visited the spa later in the noon where he got the chance to unwind with a back tension massage which indeed had a relaxing effect on his back. We were also allowed a late check-out on request by Mr. Rick who is an absolute gem. Lastly as we were checking out which we really did not want to do but had to we were seen off by Ms. Kym who is the customer relations manager , a very pleasant personality who chit chatted with us for a bit and ensured we were taken care of during our stay . There is not one flaw that we could pick as this was a wonderful place to stay with such friendly staff to welcome and take care of us . We left content with full tummy and happy memorable moments.
