En lisière d'un golf, Le Relais de la Malmaison, hôtel, spa et restaurant est un établissement de qualité réputé pour être un havre de paix, de silence et de zen. Dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel, tennis, terrain multisports et vtt tendent à rendre le séjour « sportif ». Et après l'effort, le réconfort, celui des plaisirs de la table orchestrée par un chef qui a participé à une célèbre émission culinaire, David Fricaud, dans la partie restaurant appelée Les Terrasses du Relais. Vous aurez ici le choix entre les formules du jour, mais on vous conseille, si vous le pouvez, la carte : carpaccio de Saint-Jacques, brunoise de légumes croquants à l'huile d'olive, paleron de bœuf chemisé de lard accompagné de gnocchi et cébette, mille-feuille crème légère d'agrume. Terrasse à privilégier impérativement en été.

We had to cancel our reservation last minute (due to Covid contact). Apparently, it didn’t work as we were debited. We first contacted the hotel by email, but as the dialogue was not successful, we called. In the begining, the lady told us she will ask her superior and call us back, which she did not do. So we called back several times, she finally told us that nothing can be done to compensate the inconveniences. Yet, we offered to get a credit note and be committed to buy other services. This offer would have been good for both of us, as we could have been able to still enjoy a stay at the hotel and for them it could have been the occasion to get a support in those hard times as we would have spent more money as planned.
But this person didn’t want to hear anything so we asked to speak to the hotel management. They were not available at that time so they proposed to call us back. Again, broken promises… So we called back and finally succeeded in having the hotel management.
The lady was so rude and unpleasant that she hang up on us telling that she can’t do anything for us, and if we were not happy, it was the same for them, they absolutely didn’t care ! What a nice state of mind for a 4* hotel… !!
To sum up, after many calls and emails, they offer no solutions, their attitude was not professional and dishonest : too bad for us, good for them, they can keep the money for a service they have not honoured !
Given the fact that they are rude with their clients, and are obviously only interested in their money, we can’t even imagine how the other services would have been… So we want to warn you about this hotel if you want to avoid such an awfull experience !
