Super séjour, en grande partie due au personnel de l'hôtel.
Accueillant, souriant et très pro je tenais à remercier toute l'équipe (merci Isa de la nuit ;)
Les lieux sont impeccable, parfaitement propre, bonne literie, et la décoration choisie avec gout.
Bien évidemment je recommande!

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πανέμορφο, τα δωμάτια καθαρά, με πολύ αναπαυτικά κρεβάτια. Το πρωινό πλούσιο και σε πολύ καλή ποιότητα. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να σε βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστείς. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ κοντά σε στάση μετρό, σε ήσυχη περιοχή και με αρκετά bistro που μπορείς να πιεις τον καφέ σου ή το κρασί σου. Το μόνο ίσως που να μην ήταν σωστό, ήταν το ότι ενώ στη κράτηση αναφέρει ότι έχεις πρόσβαση στο Spa, αυτή ισχύει μόνο για μια επίσκεψη. Νομίζω όμως πως δεν αξίζει να ρίξω την βαθμολογία μου μόνο για αυτό.

The hotel and the staff was very friendly, but the taxi that they ordered to get me to the airport charged me extra money 25€ because I wanted to pay by card, so make sure to ask first about the taxi price.

Nous avons séjourné en février, pour une nuit.
L'ambiance, le cadre et les équipes sont au top.
La chambre un peu petite mais fait largement l'affaire pour une nuit.
Mention spéciale pour le spa, qui est tellement beau :)

A beautiful and well considered hotel. Every detail is delicate and beautiful. Comfy beds. Immaculately clean. The staff are polite and friendly and there to help. It has a very homely feel. Warm, inviting and safe. We will most certainly be back.

J’ai passé trois nuits pour un déplacement professionnel. Petit hôtel de quartier très agréable très bien situé. Chambre très propre Deco avec vous. Tout le personnel est adorable. Un super petit hôtel de quartier.

Les employés sont au petit soin, le petit déjeuner de qualité et bon moment de détente au spa.

Accueil chaleureux et professionnel, un jacuzzi fabuleux, un bar très agréable, chambre un peu petite surtout la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner en chambre très copieux.
Avons passé un très bon moment.

Le spa privé est très agréable et super beau! Excellent moment! En revanche les créneaux de 50 min sont légèrement trop court, 1h20 serait préférable pour mieux profiter et pour un meilleur rapport qualité/ prix.

Bel accueil, service attentionné, chambre cosy et un agréable moment de détente avec le spa comprenant bain bouillonnant et hammam.
Équipe du bar au top, les cocktails sont excellents à un prix raisonnable !

Excellent hotel. Very cozy, nice and friendly personnel, clean and has good connection to the main sightseeings (via metro c.a. 25-30 mins). Nice and safe surroundings.

We had an excellent stay at Le Petit Oberkampf Hotel & Spa. The staff was incredible and provided such impeccable service for the entirety of our stay. The room was comfortable and it was very quiet. The neighborhood is great, easy to find a quick bite or head to the supermarket nearby to pick up snacks. The subway is very close and it's easy to get around the city!

We booked our spa time for our last evening in Paris before a long-haul flight and it made the following travel day so much more pleasant! We were also able to book the spa time after we arrived, which was very nice. Highly recommend taking advantage of that unique offering. The breakfast was a delight and we really enjoyed the ability to have a glass of wine at the bar in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience in Paris.

Une petite merveille secteur Oberkampf.

Petit hôtel très bien situé à deux pas du Marais et à côté du cirque d'hiver. Quartier vivant avec commerces, bars et restaurants.

Propreté excellente, chambre petite mais cosy. Très calme.

Petit déjeuner excellent et travaillé pour 18€ par personne.

Accueil aimable.

Pas eu le temps de tester le spa, il faut prévoir un peu à l'avance pour avoir de la place (bain bouillonnant et sonna).

J'y retournerai volontiers.

Det bedste hotel i Paris!!! Vi elskede vores ophold - det var helt igennem perfekt. Hotellet er stilrent og har en varm atmosfære. Det ligger perfekt placeret. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen!

Vi kan varmt anbefale dette skønne og romantiske hotel. Her er helt roligt både dag og nat.
Rent og indbydende med moderne indretning og i god fransk stil.
Hotellet ligger perfekt placeret mellem Le Marais og det 11.arrondissement.
Morgenmaden er helt i top.
Meget venligt personale.
Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was ruined by a string of issues that were not handled well by the staff. (1) Our stay started off well, until we came back to our room one morning to find the ceiling, windows, curtains, and walls covered in small, gnat-like bugs. We were horrified and immediately called downstairs and asked them to move us to a new room. They kept asking us if we had opened the windows (we had not) and treating us like *we* had somehow done something to invite the bugs into the room?? We ended up moving rooms FOUR times because first they moved us to a room with a different kind of bed, which we did not want, then they moved us to the room next to our previous one and we realized THAT ROOM was also covered in the same bugs! We moved back to the room with the beds we didn't want, started to unpack, and they said a new room was available with the bed we did want, so we moved AGAIN after that room was cleaned. After discovering a second room filled with bugs, the receptionist followed me up on the elevator to see what was going on and rudely asked me "WHAT is the problem???". The receptionist repeatedly questioned us as to leaving the windows open, etc., trying to make us feel like we had somehow brought bugs into the room. She had the nerve to tell us that "no one else had this problem" (until she saw the second room!). Finally, they realized the housekeeper had opened the windows in the rooms while cleaning, and a cloud of bugs had come in during that time. They were extremely rude to us the entire time and treated us like we were being outrageous for asking for the same type of bed/room we had started out with. To top it all off, this was after running a 10K race in the morning, we were exhausted and starving and it ruined our day. Then after leaving the hotel, we had to come back and re-pack all of our half-unpacked stuff and move AGAIN. In the process of shuffling around 4 times, I left my favorite shirt behind, which they later said they never found (I am 100% certain I had it on this trip). As a "sorry" for this horrible experience, we were offered...breakfast. Not a free night, not a discount for next time, not an extremely sincere apology for the entire fiasco and making us feel like it was our fault. Completely unacceptable customer service, especially for a 4* hotel at nearly 300 per night! (2) Other shades of bad customer service, e.g., when we arrived and checked in, I called the front desk and asked for a few more clothing hangers, and the receptionist rudely told me that "6 is the hotel service standard" instead of offering to give us a few more to use. (Even though we were 2 people staying for 4 nights and had only 4 hangers in the closet, not even enough for both of us to hang 1 item per day.) (3) On the day we were leaving, there was a woman from the housekeeping staff who was visibly *EXTREMELY* ill, she was panting and had her eyes closed, with her head pressed up against wall beside the elevator, as if she was so weak that she couldn't stand. Pre-covid days, let alone now, it is totally unacceptable for someone to be working in that condition, let alone riding the elevator, entering people's rooms, and touching all the surfaces to clean. The rest of the housekeeping staff was ordering her around as though she didn't look like she was about to pass out. That she was allowed, or worse required, to work in this condition is totally unacceptable. I have never seen someone at work who looked so ill in my life. This hotel is beautiful and in a great location, but the incident with the bugs and the staff's response ruined our trip.

Hôtel super mignon, confortable notamment la literie. Le service est impeccable et le personnel agréable et serviable. Ils nous ont très bien orienté pour sortir manger.
Le coin bar est super sympa, la serveuse de très bon conseil et les cocktails super bien fait.
On a pu profiter du spa et hammam privatif qui est très agréable, cocooning comme la formule.
Enfin, on a profité d'un massage vraiment relaxant.

Had a great time during our 5 day stay. Wonderful decor, very cosy, exactly what we needed in order to relax after a busy sightseeing day in Paris. Breakfast was perfect and included very high quality products (e.g. freshly baked buns, variety of jams, ham, fresh juices), everything was truly exceptional. Note that all juices, milk and cheese were constantly kept in a fridge. Our two (connecting) rooms were found spotlessly clean, every day. Staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Lucine (@Le Petit Bar) for taking special care of our appetite and thirst during the evenings and to Nina for all her assistance during check out (luggage drop off etc). Will surely come back.
