We truly enjoyed our stay in Le General. Location is very convenient to stroll around lovely Le Marais and whole Paris.

An amazing experience from start to end. The welcome was great. We were quite late checking in and the guy on the counter already knew our names and issues us promptly with a welcome drink.
We did realise we had a double room but preferred a twin (I snore a lot so annoy the OH) we asked if it could be changed but there were no rooms available. In the morning they arranged to move our rooms while we were out sightseeing and actually moved everything to an upgraded twin room for us which was amazing service.
During our stay we got recommendations on restaurants and bars which did not disappoint and we had breakfast included which was top quality and just what we needed to set us up for the day.
The ambience and feel of this hotel is great, really personal and always a smile from every staff member who could not do enough to make sure your stay was perfect.
Beds were very comfy and the spotlessly clean throughout. Great toiletries and facilities in the room all included.
When we checked out, we were able to leave our bags, and on collection they offered us coffee/refreshments before we left.
Overall - it made for a perfect weekend and would return in a heartbeat if we were to make the trip again.

This gets 5/5 for being a 4 star hotel. It’s nothing crazy fancy, but it absolutely does its job. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had mini pastries in the lobby which were surprisingly good. Didn’t really use the gym but there was a sauna which was a cherry on top. The beds were comfy, and the bathrooms had a bath tub which was nice (as a part of the shower). The location (oberkampf) is young and hip. Definitely not the fanciest area of Paris, but within walking distance to Marais and even further west if you like walking. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

אני ובעלי התארחנו במלון, השירות יוצא דופן!!! כבר מקבלת הפנים הנעימה והאישית שקיבלו אותנו עד לחדר שהיה מרווח, נקי ונעים. הצוות נתון לעזור בכל עת ומאוד שירותי. המיקום קרוב לתחנת republic משם ניתן להגיע לכל מקום. מאוד נהנינו ובהחלט נחזור!

E-x-c-e-p-t-i-o-n-n-e-l ! Je n'ai jamais vu un tel accueil et une telle chaleurosité. Le responsable, Thomas, nous a accueillis avec une telle bienveillance que je n'ai jamais connu auparavant dans un hotel. Humble...très à l'écoute et très convivial ! Pareil pour le personnel. Un enorme coup de coeur que je ne manquerai pas de recommander !! Même 5 étoiles, ce n'est pas suffisant ❤️

Impressionnant de gentillesse et qualité. Thomas nous a accueillis comme des Rois, chambre et service impeccable et la jeune fille à l accueil férue d'histoire est un vrai guide touristique.

Super accueil. Tout le personnel est souriant et poli. Chambre assez spacieuse et bien équipée. Boisson d'accueil. Petit déjeuner très correct. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Tudo foi perfeito! Já estive várias vezes em Paris e este foi o hotel em que gostei mais de ficar, tendo em conta a relação qualidade/preço.
À chegada fomos recebidos por Luiz que foi super atencioso. Uma vez que chegamos antes da hora do check in e o nosso quarto ainda não estava pronto, Luiz conseguiu que ficássemos noutro quarto que já estava disponível, o que permitiu que pudéssemos relaxar um pouco antes e iniciar a nossa visita à cidade. Deu-nos também dicas muito boas sobre locais menos turísticos a visitar bem como restaurantes.
Os quartos são super confortáveis com camas grandes e bem climatizados. A máquina de café Nespresso no quarto foi ótimo!
O pequeno almoço é bom e variado.
A localização é excelente, próximo do metro e de bons restaurantes.
Aconselho vivamente a ficar no Le General Hotel.

Fue como revivir la pelicula de meg ryan y kevin cline "French kiss".
Hermoso y unico serian mis palabras, podes sentir la vibra de francia en cada uno de sus detalles. Una experiencia inolvidable.

The breakfast selection was good and was price value. Unfortunately we didn’t had time to explore all the facilities from the hotel but is a good excuse to come back.
