A hely könnyen megközelíthető (reptérről) és jó kiindulópont a nevezetességek megtekintéséhez, közel a tömegközlekedés(metró,busz,vonat) Városközponti mégis csendes. A szoba abszolút megfelelő (ketten voltunk), kényelmes ágy, tiszta rendezett hely, fürdőszoba is rendben van. 5 nap 4 éjszaka 2 főnek tökéletes választás ár érték arányban. Személyzet kedves, segítőkész, nagyon barátságos! Bátran ajánlom a helyet.

Café da manhã fraco: não há frutas e nem ovo. Os funcionários não sabiam se o suco de maça servido tinha adição de açúcar ou não.|Literalmente, o café da manhã é croissant, baguete, manteiga, geleia de morango, geleia de damasco, mel, leite, iogurte e café. Ah, e o suco de maçã. Ou seja, praticamente carboidrato e gordura.|.|O banheiro não tem box e nem cortina, mas apenas um vidro pequeno, de aproximadamente uns 40 de largura (que obviamente não impede que o banheiro todo se molhe). Além disso, o espaço entre o vidro e a parede é de cerca de meio metro. Ou seja, uma pessoa grande ou obesa não cabe ali. Mesmo para quem é magro é extremamente desconfortável.|.|Ou seja, tomar banho e tomar café da manhã não são boas experiências aqui.|.|Sobre as bicicletas: estavam imundas, sem qualquer condição de uso. A própria funcionária do hotel falou que estavam sujas e talvez eu não quisesse usar (em vez de falar que iam limpar ou coisa assim).|.|Só tinha uma chave por quarto, o que é realmente ruim e causa dificuldades logísticas no passeio.|.|Pontos bons são a localização e a cama. Mas sinceramente eu esperava muito mais pelo preço que paguei. Não volto mais.

Point positif : petit dejeuner simple mais produits de qualité . Bonne literie . Bon emplacement. Quartier très agréable. Cour intérieure très agréable. Label éco.

Idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Paryża. Blisko stacja metra, z której dojedziemy w każde najbardziej znane miejsce turystyczne. Hotel może nie jest dla wymagających, ale tak naprawdę nie można też narzekać:)

Wonderful location, near bus and metro to get around Paris with ease. Kind, friendly staff who greeted me with a smile. Room was extremely clean and fit my needs. I appreciated the small fridge!

Sistema de calefacción estropeada en pleno invierno.Al salir por la noche para ver un alojamiento alternativo en otra calle ,el anexo de Daguerre (sin ascensor) sufri una caída en la rampa con escalones de entrada/ salida.Moqueta oscura y rampa mal diseñada y mal iluminada.Tengan cuidado!|Instalaciones básicas como calefacción y acceso muy precarias que arruinaron mi estancia .

Logé dans un 2e hôtel à côté de celui où l'on prend le petit déj. Chambre vieillotte mais propre, petit déjeuner très minimaliste: 1 croissant, 1 morceau de baguette, yaourt.

Hôtel très bien situé au calme à proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants dans une rue très animée.

Hotel molto spartano, non troppo pulito con una colazione davvero mediocre. Abbiamo prenotato un anno prima camera familiare ed al nostro arrivo vi hanno comunicato che l'avevano data a qualcun altro. Ci hanno sistemato in 2 camere doppie con tutto il disagio che ci ha comportato avendo preparato le valigie per stare tutti insieme. I bagni puzzano di umidità essendo ciechi.

Hotel piuttosto vecchio, c'è il minimo indispensabile. I bagni sono con la doccia a tutto bagno e la nostra si allagava pure dopo manco 1min di doccia... La colazione non è molto ampia ti fanno scegliere tra cappuccino o caffè e ti portano cornetto e un pezzo di baguette con 2 marmellate aperte (poco igienico), per persone con intolleranze non c'è nulla (tipo frutta o cose simili)

chambre dans l'annexe juste au dessus d'un restaurant . aucune insonorisation , bruits de tuyauterie entre chambres, pas de climatisation. le pire rien écologique pas de double debit de wc, . et le petit dejeuner plus que succinct et une salle exiguë. je ne renouvellerai pour un nouveau sejour.

Nos hospedamos acá, habitación limpia, pequeña, útil para la estadía en París. Si querés algo más accesible en cuanto al precio recomiendo. Queda en una callecita línda, varios supermercados cerca. Buena ubicación tiene una linea de metro al lado. Recomiendo.

We look for honest , quirky and eco places to stay and this hotel was perfect for us . Friendly staff, simple unfussy room and a reasonable breakfast . The best bit for us was the free use of their bikes! Cycling around Paris , Montparnasse and the Seine was a revelation ( I am not ordinarily a cyclist) . Getting lost and finding our way round was actually a highlight and getting back to the hotel and sitting in their garden after was perfect. There are food markets nearby ( check days and times ) and Simone and Jean Paul are just down the road along with Serge and Jane …

Qirky little hotel situated in 14th Paris arrondissement near Denfert-Rochereau subway and Orlybus terminal. It´s surrounded by typical Parisian streets with unique atmosphere. Definitely a budget accomodation, ecological atmosphere (I like it!), everything is slightly shabby. Our room was relatively small, furniture was of an older date, bed was very comfortable and clean. The room was overall not the cleanest but nothing terrible. The bathroom was in the same condition. There is a functional elevator to the upper floors. Staff was friendly and there were no problems with communication. The choice of food at breakfast is really very limited and it didn´t satisfy me...luckily there are plenty of shopping options nearby. The breakfast place is nice and there´s also very cozy garden where you can drink coffee.

Excelente opción si vas a Paris. Situado en una zona con muchas opciones de comida y con el metro cerquisima. Lugar tranquilo. Habitación espaciosa, sin grandes lujos, con nevera y con camas muy cómodas; con lo necesario para una visita a la ciudad. Limpieza correcta. Baño aceptable, aunque lo de la ducha no es lo ideal tampoco me pareció un problema. Desayuno muy rico y suficiente. Recepción que habla español. Lo recomiendo.

De belles chambres avec une terrasse ainsi qu'un personnel agréable, un bon petit déjeuner avec possibilité de manger dans la cour dehors !
Cependant la salle de bain est très très étroite !!! La douche doit faire 70cm de large au maximum ! De plus il y avait des morceaux de carrelage manquant dans les murs.
Sinon le lit est confortable et le fait que l'hôtel soit "eco responsable " est un bon point .

Hotel piccolo ed essenziale, ma in buona posizione e con prezzi veramente concorrenziali. Personale gentile e disponibile e buona colazione. Il valore aggiunto è rappresentato dalla vicinanza di tutti i servizi (2 minuti dalla metropolitana), compresi tanti locali caratteristici.

Petit hôtel très bien situé, Équipe très à l'écoute et sympathique. Très bien tenu, il faut juste accepter la taille minuscule de la douche ! Mais c'est un détail. Petit déjeuner simple mais compris dans le prix, Quartier par endroit festif donc possible bruits de eue la nuit, mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé.

Un hôtel éthique dans une rue tranquille où l'on est très bien accueilli avec un petit déjeuner bio compris. Petit bémol, il ne faut pas tomber sur des voisins bruyants car les murs ne sont pas très épais.
Cet hôtel est très bien placé pour pouvoir circuler partout dans Paris. Il est à proximité de la rue Daguerre qui est très commerçante.

Area is fantastic...very close to metro. Not super touristy with lots of amazing little cafes and great food shops frequented by locals nearby. Also a very easy to use laundromat around the corner which came in handy :)
The hotel is basic but very clean and comfortable and staff were very friendly. Would stay here again!

Petit déjeuner minimaliste : 1 quart de baguette de pain, 1 croissant, 1 yaourt, 1 jus de fruit et 1 boisson chaude (suffisant pour la plupart des gens quand même). Dommage qu'il n'y ait aucune alternative salée ou sans gluten. Chocolat chaud pas bon. Personnel pas très agréable au petit dej. Bref, pour une nuit pourquoi pas mais pas plus. Pas sûre d'y revenir.
