Rooms were great for the kids. Location is excellent, although not quite as close to the metro as it would seem. The staff is either very hit or very miss - either they're exceptionally helpful, friendly, and accommodative or outright rude and will roll their eyes at any request you make. All in all, a generally good experience.

Todos muy amables,un hotel al lado de Eiffel,los desayunos tremendos y con máquinas recreativas y billar incluso en recepción.
Las habitaciones tienen un estilo japonés con las camas,hay una normal y el resto son literas buenas japonesas, puedes dormir perfectamente ahí.
Sin duda el mejor hotel en el que he estado lo único es el precio pero diría que vale completamente la pena poder salir todas las mañanas y ver la torre Eiffel y tener todo bastante cerca:)

Pas très facile de trouver l'entrée de l'hotel, d'autant que l'environnement est a priori en travaux et pas très bien indiqué.
L'emplacement, dans paris, c'est bien, mais dans le détail, l'environnement de l'hotel est très sale.
La chambre, minuscule cellule de prison, le lit double est en fait 2 lits rapprochés, donc quand on est seul, on glisse toute la nuit sur l'intersection des deux lits, vraiment pas confortable.
le petit dejeuner, par contre, vraiment bien et complet.

conclusion, à 250€, ca fait cher. mais je peux comprendre que si on est en famille ca doit le faire. pour un déplacement business par contre, pas adapté.

Alles einwandfrei. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Saubere Zimmer und Bäder.

Etwas schade fand ich allerdings, dass die Spielautomaten in der Lobby nicht richtig funktioniert haben.

Diese Dienste haben wir aufgrund der Zeit nicht in Anspruch nehmen können. Das Restaurant wo das Frühstücksbuffet aufgestellt wurde, sah allerdings ausgezeichnet aus.

Für den nächsten Paris Urlaub, müssen wir kein Hotel mehr suchen ????

We stayed at this location because it was walkable to the Eiffel Tower and we could get one room to accommodate our entire family. Our family suite had a private bathroom, shelves for storage, plenty of outlets to plug in devices, and room under the beds for storage. They also offered cups in the room. Our kids loved the playroom and arcade. We did not eat on site but they willingly gave us ice when requested. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our only frustration was involving the parking situation. You have to park on the street, check in, get a card for the garage, then park in their garage. It was just a process with a few extra steps. But there is an elevator so it's easily accessible. We would definitely consider this exact location again if we ever return to Paris. It was exactly what we needed for a traveling family.

El hotel tiene una ubicación impecable, justo al lado de la parada de metro “bir hakeim” y a pocos minutos andando De la Torre Eiffel. La recepción fue rápida y te atienden en varios idiomas, que es de agradecer. Tiene una sala con juegos tipo billar y otra sala de juegos para niños (que siempre es útil si se viaja con estos).
En cuanto a las habitaciones, limpias aunque quizá algo pequeña (tampoco nada agobiante) y de camas cómodas y con varias almohadas.
Muy tranquilo y sin ningún ruido por la noche .
También disponen de taquillas para dejar el equipaje si es necesario, así como varias instalaciones tipo gimnasio.
El desayuno es completo y cuesta unos 14€ por persona y día.
En resumen, muy recomendable y bien situado. Repetiría sin duda!

The room was great for a family, especially with little kids. The staff was friendly, and the decor is really cool. The only thing we struggle was the A/C. It wasn't working, the good thing is that it was cold outside so opening the window help.

This was my best first time in Paris, France. I really did not know what to expect being in a European country with a completely different language. The hotel was not too pricey, and it was perfect for my family of 4. From the proximity to the attractions to friendliness of the staff, especially the amazing young African lady (Can't remember which country she was from), who helped us get checked in. The room was clean, and we had a good window view. I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews, but seeing for myself eliminated the skepticism. Someone gave 0 stars because you have to pay for luggage storage, 'just don't use it'. We were ok placing our 4 carry-on's and 2 large suitcases under the bed, or on top of the bunk bed, and took personal belonging like passport, money, etc, with us in a secured backpack. The room were clean and it could be cleaned if needed by their cleaning ataff. The only thing I will fault the company for is not doing a better job advertising their hotel. Put some more videos on YouTube or something. This is a really beautiful place that matches the budget.

Nos gustó absolutamente todo, desde su ubicación,la recepción,la habitación,la limpieza,el restaurante, el personal,la comida , es un hotel muy hermoso, estuvimos fascinados de haber estado allí.

Fue la mejor elección que pudimos haber hecho, Yooma Urban Lodge Eiffel fue nuestro premio al llegar cada noche cansados y entrar al lobby ya era lo máximo

Otro punto a su favor, el personal hace todo lo posible por entender si no hablas francés, son muy capaces todos en hablar varios idiomas

La temática del hotel me encantó, fuimos mi esposa y yo. La próxima vez que vayamos a Paris queremos ir con toda la familia porque los niños la deben pasar increíble con sus instalaciones y juegos para los más pequeños

Notre expérience à Paris n'aurait pas été aussi merveilleuse sans séjourner dans cet hôtel spectaculaire.

Nous avons absolument tout aimé, de son emplacement, la réception, la chambre, la propreté, le restaurant, le personnel, la nourriture, c'est un très bel hôtel, nous étions fascinés d'y être allés.

C'était le meilleur choix que nous pouvions faire, le Yooma Urban Lodge Eiffel était notre récompense pour arriver fatigués tous les soirs et entrer dans le lobby était déjà le meilleur

Autre point en sa faveur, le personnel fait tout son possible pour comprendre si vous ne parlez pas français, ils sont tous très capables de parler plusieurs langues

J'ai adoré le thème de l'hôtel, ma femme et moi y sommes allés. La prochaine fois que nous irons à Paris, nous voulons y aller avec toute la famille car les enfants devraient passer un moment incroyable avec ses installations et ses jeux pour les plus petits.

Je reviendrais mille fois plus dans cet hôtel

Très chouette hôtel, nous avons adoré ! L'hôtel est original proposant des jeux vidéos "vintage", un billard, proposant des jeux de société, le tout dans un grand salon où plusieurs canapes ont ete installés. Décor fabuleux sur le thème de Pac Man. Chambre confortable, ultra propre avec des matériaux de qualité. Grand choix au Petit déjeuner. Emplacement idéal, proche de la Tour Eiffel et en face de la Seine.
Gros coup de cœur, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Está muy bien ubicado, a 10 minutos andando de torre eiffel, y 5 minutos del centro comercial Lafayet, habitaciones perfectas para ir en grupos, nosotras cogimos habitaciones de 6, estuvimos muy agusto.

L’Hotel é molto pulito e il servizio e ottimo la posizione è perfetta 10 min a piedi dalla torre eiffel e 5 min dalla metropolitana e 10 min dalla via principale piena di negozi

Great for families, just a few minutes walk from the metro, and about 10 from the eiffel tower. Friendly teams, and simple but suitable rooms. We travelled with two young teenagers and they loved it. Lots of USB charging points.

Je connaissais déjà l’hôtel pour y avoir séjourner rapidement pour un séjour professionnel et j’y suis retournée avec mon fils de 9ans pour un court séjour à Paris.
Tout était parfait : chambre, accueil, personnel, emplacement… nous reviendront sûrement avec la famille au complet!

The staff have been so friendly and helpful. The room we got was great for a family of four - a double bed with bunk beds. The theme of the hotel is so fun and there's a soft play room which is great for the kids to have some time to play before or after sightseeing. We will be happy to come back here on a future visit to Paris.

Cadre agréable avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel qui n'est pas très loin, chambres sympathiques et pas chères. Nous avons payé une soixantaine d'euros par personne pour une chambre de 6 avec 2 nuits et 2 petits déjeuners. Le personnel est très sympathique, à l'écoute et très serviable. Nous y avons passé de très bons moments et nous gardons de merveilleux souvenirs !

Perfecto en ubicación y calidad

So I was not happy with the bedding(pelows)very soft and flat but the staff was kind to give us extra , the breakfast was very limited specialy if you discount baken and sausages for peapl who dont eat pork, eggs came in two forms hard boiled and scrumnled which tested realy funny.

Awesome hostel close to the Eiffel Tower. We stayed in a private family room, and we really enjoyed the theme, kids play area, sauna, restaurant, breakfast, and game area. The baggage storage after check out was also very convenient. Great affordable and family-friendly hotel close to many tourist attractions in Paris.

Super Hôtel, personnel très accueillant...le seul bémol c'est le chocolat du matin qui n'est pas terrible....

Soggiorno piacevole, stanza carina peccato mancasse un piano d’appoggio ad un lato del letto e non ci fosse il frigo in camera. Bello il paesaggio, servizi ottimi, bella la sala giochi e ottima la colazione. Da suggerire ????
