There were cars parked on the driving area in the garage. It was VERY difficult to manoeuvre! One of our two rooms was booked on a first name so they couldn't find it. It took quite a while to figure that out. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty! The room was ok but the shower didn't work properly. There are no weights in the gym and the pool was broken down. The hotel is far too expensive for what it is!

Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant, c'est parfait.
Dommage, cela fait deux fois de suite que la piscine n'est pas accessible :
- Tournage d'un film.
- Travaux de maintenance.

Les chambres sont trop petites. Il manque a tea/coffee maker dans la chambre. Le lit est comfortable, mais pas les oreillers

Je recommande. Qualité générale, petit déjeuner, salle de bain. Concernant la propreté de la chambre pour un séjour de plusieurs jours peut mieux faire (poubelle non vidée, résidus au sol, propreté des tablettes)

Hammam femme pas bien chaud et ascenseur extrêmement lent, il faudrait penser à faire quelque chose?! Temps d’attente moyen de 5 min..,
Chambre avec déco pas très chaleureuse. Points positifs : toilette séparé de la salle d’eau et juste à côté de Porte de Versailles.
Pour le checkout, intervention de l’hôtesse un peu limite... la chambre avait été réservée et payée un jour de plus par erreur et quand je lui ai demandé de finalement la garder, l’hôtesse me dit que ça dépendait, car il pouvait y avoir besoin de la libérer, alors que déjà payée par mon entreprise...

The Hotel was great. The only downside was that it was a bit chilly in our room, and it didnt help to turn up the A/C. Also the bed sheets got very moist during the night, but other than that the bed was really comfortable! The Pool was fantastic, and the breakfast delicious!

We were very comfortable and happy, they are an excellent hotel to rest but also practical because of the proximity to the exhibition park. The amazing breakfast a great team, the one that takes the 5 stars is Miguel from Portugal, he attended us in our language, Spanish, a husband and my daughters treated us as if we were at home. All excellent but he stood out for much more. Congratulations!!!
The girls cleaned the room if they pressed to go in to clean it and how they got mad if you told them later. and if so it was no longer leaving the courtesy waters, leaving no shampoo again, ebronces I learned that you let them get clean even if you are there in the room yet.
the pool could have been warmer but it is super clean and with enough space.
