We had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Etoile. Walkable to arc de triomphe and accessible to many close metro stops. Club access (for a wonderful breakfast overlooking the Eiffel Tower) is absolutely worth it, as well as a room upgrade for an Eiffel Tower view. Not as quirky and charming as some other Paris options, but it’s clean, accessible, affordable and a great value. Seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkle every night from our room truly made our trip special.

My wife and I had such a great time here! Hotel amenities and staff are fabulous! The breakfast buffet is awesome!! Great location too! Easy walk to the high-end shopping district! Thank you so much!

Ce matin je me suis présenté à l'hôtel pour un petit déjeuner, j'ai était écœuré par de fortes odeurs d'urines provenant de cette issue de secours. J'ai fait remonter l'information à la jeune dame en tailleur qui m'avait placé, elle a reçu l'information comme une banalité, c'est très désagréable d'avoir à sentir ce genre d'odeurs le matin au petit déjeuner , des solutions simples existent pour éviter cela au client.

Il est surprenant de constater qu'une pièce d’identité est exigée à l’arrivée pour tous les occupants, y compris le second, alors qu’aucun document n’est demandé lors de la réservation.

Le seul véritable bémol concerne l’évacuation de la douche, qui peinait à se vider.

Hormis cela, tout était parfait : vue splendide, emplacement idéal, personnel accueillant et prestations de qualité.

Didn't stay here by choice. Not very convenient to the sites. The water fluctuates enough in the shower to make it uncomfortable. They take large groups making the elevator harder to use...always busy.

Hi,
We checked-in today but it's total disappointment for me and my family.
The room is too small, we're colliding each other while we move in the room.
Wardorbe is too small. Even our clothes stayed in the luggage.
The hotel is very big but the rooms are too small and and it’s facilities are poor.
We don’t advice this hotel anybody. It’s disappointment for ne and my family.

Hyatt delivers with this property, clicks all the boxes. Conveniently located, great facilities, fantastic view from rooftop bar. Breakfast is really good. Definitely get what you pay for at this property. Within walking distance to Arc de Triumph and close to main highways. 30 minutes to CDG airport.

I stayed here for a conference. This is exactly what I needed - modern rooms, comfortable bed, good wifi coverage, plenty of places to meet and fire up the laptop, 24-hour snack service, laundry service, taxi lines. I would not necessarily recommend this for tourism given location on the edge of the city and not completely walkable but if you want a modern american-style hotel it definitely works.

I had a generally good experience at the hotel, but unfortunately, one staff member at the Starbucks left me with a very negative impression.

Despite clearly being able to speak English, he insisted on speaking only French, even to tourists who obviously didn’t understand. When I politely tried to communicate in English, he raised his voice at me and acted in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner.

As a tourist, I found this behavior shocking and disappointing. It felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable for someone working in hospitality. If someone has a problem dealing with international guests, perhaps working in a hotel is not the right place for them.

This incident left a bitter memory of what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

Icham was brilliant. Very friendly service and very professional. This exceeded my expectations! He made our travels with a baby so much easier! We had a cot provided and the room view of the Eiffel tower was sensational. Would definitely recommend and hopefully visit again in the future! Also the breakfast was a fantastic spread, omelettes made by request and lots of options. Only request I have is for management to double check the functioning of the baby chairs for the breakfast as this was not in 100% working order but we managed. Thanks again Hyatt!

The hotel was very clean, and the views of the city were spectacular. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was a multitude of choices. The staff was helpful and friendly. Would certainly stay here again and will recommend it to all of my family, friends and colleagues.

High hopes but sadly disappointed. Perfect for closeness to a Congress and the rooms are small, functional but fine. However, this hotel is hopeless if you want to socialise with a large group of people at night. The open bar downstairs shuts early and the staff in the sky bar are rude, dissmissive and arrogant which makes it prohibitive and uncomfortable….so disappointing. Back to the Meridien for me

We reserved this for our Paris treat holiday. We rented 2 rooms. Both rooms are tiny.
The executive lounge has a nice view of Eiffel Tower. Our rooms had city view.
There is a Metro station near by. This hotel is not in the centre of the city. It is in the suburb.
The check in was medicure for a large hotel. Sadly group booking rushing and yelling no order from staff.
An absolute chaos, deafening, we felt like we were in a market overseas. The reception was rude checking us in. We had to emphasize our globalist status many times to her.

The breakfast was very busy, not what we expected. We went out the following day, dirty floor slippery.
We paid €450 per night, €900. for both rooms. We expected luxury, but the truth is there is nothing luxurious about it.

We wondered how Hyatt elevated this hotel with its horrible conditions to Cat 5?
The facts are surprising, it is the manipulations of the previous general manager Michel Morauw. Presently he is at Hyatt EAME office.
This manipulation is deceptive and betrayal to Hyatt Loyal guests; who are trusting the brand and discover something else.

To be honest, we will never recommend Hyatt Regency Etoile for its operation and deceptive operation.
It is not even a cat 4, it is CRAZY to be labeled as Cat 5.
Hyatt wake up and fix this Mess!!

The bathroom FLOODED during my stay as the shower drain was clogged and they refused to give me a new room. There was over an inch of water throughout the bathroom floor and it began seeping into the carpet of the room. I called concierge for help and they said they would send someone up. 30 minutes later, no one had come. I called again and asked for a new room as I had a flight very early the next day and it was approaching midnight. Concierge declined and said they would send someone up again. A man came up and unclogged the drain and left despite the bathroom being still covered in water. When I asked him about the STILL FLOODED bathroom, he said I would have to call down again to ask for housekeeping. I called again and requested a new room as it was already late. They declined again and sent a pretty impolite guy up with some towels to wipe up the water. The whole ordeal took over an hour and made my trip way more stressful than it needed to be. Pretty disappointed and shocked at the lack of professionalism and service at this Hyatt.

This hotel seems to be mostly for business trips and conferences. Wouldn’t recommend on your own Paris vacation as it is out of the way, the hotel is difficult to navigate (you must go down to the ground floor first on a specific elevator to go to any amenity floor), and clearly the rooms are ill equipped.

Mon séjour au Hyatt s’est très bien passé. Je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe pour leur bienveillance et leur disponibilité. J’ai particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir récupérer un petit déjeuner spécial dès 5h du matin, ce qui était parfait pendant ma période de formation. Le confort de la chambre et la vue étaient également au rendez-vous. Depuis que j’ai testé cet hôtel, je n’irai plus au Méridien à titre professionnel. Je recommande vivement !

Hotel ubicado lejos del centro de Paris, pero compensa la proximidad con el metro, tram y RER C. Habitaciones muy buenas, con excelentes vistas (si te toca hacia la torre Eiffel). El personal muy atento en todo momento. El día anterior a la salida, quedaron detalles pendientes en la habitación (no recogieron la basura y no repusieron elementos complementarios en el baño), solo se limitaron a hacer la cama. El bidet del baño sin buena salida de agua y solo agua caliente. La habitación está bien equipada, con cafetera y mesa de planchado por si hace falta darle una repasada a la ropa.
Con respecto al desayuno, es muy variado, siendo el punto débil el café de máquina (intomable).

Disclaimer: this is clearly a transit hotel / hotel optimized for efficiency. Airports are easy to reach and you don’t have to navigate through the entire city. The regency club is quite alright and so is the gym. The rooms are tiny but clean. However, the service is terrible to the extend of being completely useless. From wrong information being given out, to laundry being lost, to rude staff at the regency club when you were told to wait there until your room is ready.
If you can avoid it, you should. The Hyatt brand usually stands out for the impeccable service at any of their hotels but this one really misses the mark
