She has no clue about being in the hotel industry. She didn't hesitate to take care of the guest before me. When i came to ask questions to book a room, she was irritated and didn't want to answer questions. No bonjour, no merci, didn't even look at my face. I even spoke french to her. If you are going to be cranky and giving attitude being inhospitable, don't be in the hospitality industry. Sure, the hotel is about making money, but less guest means less money.
Now, if you're going to reply to me with another copy-paste comment or say that "This is Paris, we are like this," forget about it. Do not make me waste my time, AGAIN.
Now, for the travellers who are reading this, do I recommend this hotel? Take a guess.

방은 넓고 깨끗했으며 아주 따뜻했습니다

The room was small, but we had everything we needed.
Sonder staff were, each and all, particularly exceptional.
We have been with Sonder for some time now, and each stay meets or exceeds the previous one.
We would recommend Sonder--both the organization generally and this facility in particular--without hesitation and with great appreciation.
Great safe neighbourhood with lots of beautiful cafes. Very friendly, enjoyed our stay with young family. Six stars....

One of the highlights of the hotel was its fantastic location. It offered a peaceful and residential atmosphere while still being close to numerous cafes, restaurants, and attractions. Whether we wanted a quiet evening in or a night out exploring the city, the location catered perfectly to our needs.
The room itself was stylish and well-appointed, featuring a convenient kitchenette which was perfect for preparing light meals and snacks. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the vibrant city.
Overall, our stay at Sonder L'Edmond Parc Monceau was absolutely delightful. The combination of welcoming staff, a fantastic location, and comfortable accommodations made it the perfect base for my Parisian adventure. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a unique and authentic Parisian experience.
