Great place to stay in Paris, near to almost everything, staff was extremely friendly excellent customer services, Rayane the receptionist was very kind, and very helpful he gave my friend and I advice to what to see/visit including direction on how to get there etc, we could not ask for more.
They allowed us to check in early the Hotel was very clean and room was comfortable and very spacious in a charming neighborhood, close to Moulin Rouge, restaurants, le Tour Eiffel, the Sacre Coeur. I would definitely stay there next time I visit Paris (soon).
Again thank you so much Rayane for providing such a warm hospitality Service! And making us feel at home! We hope to see you again soon when we come back.

The room was dirty and immediatly we decided not to book it. There are better options in the same street and around the corner!

Got bed bug bites on both my partner and I every night here.

We got new bed bug bites all over my body every morning we stayed at this hotel. We originally booked a 3rd night with this hotel but left as my body got covered in bites, and I had to buy medication to stop the itch. I also found bed bug skeletons on the mattress.

The Details: We booked 3 nights with this hotel. After the first night at the hotel, we got a few bites on my body. I was scared, and isolated all my luggage and clothes. We thought it hopefully was a mosquito.

HOWEVER, after a second night at the hotel, we woke up and my body got covered in MORE BITES on my FACE, ARMS, WRISTS, and LEGS. we immediately showed this to the staff at the hotel, who was incredibly dismissive, kept saying “it can’t be at the hotel”, and that “it could be mosquito bites” - these bites were in clusters on my body, and only happened overnight at the hotel and did NOT look like mosquito bites.

We did not want to stay another night at this hotel and left.

We asked for a refund on Agoda for the two nights I stayed, and the one night we paid for but did not stay. Agoda then informed us that the refund can not be processed as the hotel claimed that we apparently “broke the rules because we smashed their mirror/ coat hangers/ left a cigarette on the floor” - all of which are NOT TRUE, and we have NEVER DONE. Why would we do that when we want a refund from the hotel? In addition, why would any customer, especially a platinum member of Agoda, do this? They also have NO Proof.

We then went back to the hotel to ask why they lied to Agoda, and to demand a refund. They agreed to giving a refund and said it needs to be processed on Agoda. They admitted to lying to Agoda about the smashed mirror claims so they do not need to be shut down due to health violations. We trusted them and left to process the refund through Agoda. THEN, the NEXT DAY, Agoda sent me a email saying this hotel is demanding compensation for the smashed mirror.

The hotel LIED to Agoda such that they do not need to be closed down due to health violations. We have proof of the room condition before we left the room, and found bed bugs poo stains on their mattresses. They are now not replying to Agoda staff enquiries as well as my enquiries.

The truth is that we got new bed bug bites every morning after a night at this hotel. The hotel staff was dismissive, and then lied to Agoda to avoid health violations. No refunds were offered.

What is funny is that this is not the first time this hotel has bed bugs. A traveller on Trip Advisor also got bed bug bites after staying at this hotel, and the hotel staff did not handle that case well either. Shame on you Hotel de Clermont, you bring such a bad name to Paris and the people of France.

Hotel bien placé, avec une belle ambiance. Un accueil très agréable avec un service super.Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Too much money being asked for these conditions.

A partire dalla scala a chiocciola angusta da dove far salire anche le valigie rigorosamente senza ascensore.
In dotazione un piccolo ventilatore
impossibile dormire, sotto c è un pub,sempre dell hotel,chiassoso fino alle 5 del mattino tutti i giorni, per non parlare della puzza di “fumo” dentro le camere.
Parliamo del bagno? Improponibile, piatto doccia appoggiato sui mattoni, fughe piene di muffa e wc… lasciamo perdere

Hôtel à fuir absolument. Prenez ne serait-ce que 2 minutes pour chercher un autre hôtel, ça ne risque pas d'être pire que celui-ci.

Hygiène : Médiocre. Une odeur bizarre émane de la literie.

Equipements : Pas de clim. TV très petite (15 ou 16 Pouces grand max). Lits très petits on se croirait en colo. Pas de wifi.

Pas d'ascenseur, escaliers très petits en colimaçon très étroits. En cas d'incendie, c'est pas le genre de choses qui vous rassurerait. Surtout si vous avez une chambre au 3e étage comme moi.

Et je garde le meilleur pour la fin : Nous n'avons pu dormir que 3h la nuit, car l'hôtel dispose d'un bar. On se croirait en boîte de nuit jusqu'à 2h du matin car nous entendions parfaitement les conversations, les cris, la musique..

Même après 2h, nous avons dû subir les bruits du personnel qui débarrassait les tables et les verres en criant et en rigolant => Aucun respect pour les gens qui logeaient. Résultat : Cela a complétement gâché notre week-end car comme vous l'imaginez, sans sommeil c'est très difficile de profiter du lendemain.

Prix abusifs, lorsque j'ai été me plaindre le lendemain. On m'a dit "Ecoutez vous êtes venus à travers booking, vous avez qu'à les appeler si vous êtes pas contents, on peut rien faire pour vous"

Par contre ils étaient bien content lorsque je leur tendais ma carte bleue pour payer ma réservation.

Bref, passez votre chemin. Personne ne mérite de loger dans ces conditions

Un grand merci à Isaac pour son chaleureux accueil. L’équipe de l’hôtel est très sympathique! Situé à deux pas de la rue des abesses, l’hôtel offre le meilleur emplacement possible.

La chambre est propre et l’hôtel est tranquille.

Je viens d’y passer une nuit avec ma fille de 12 ans et le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Hôtel très bien situé. Les chambres et sdb sont un peu petites mais vraiment pas besoin de plus.
Accueil très sympathique avec des conseils du réceptionniste pour notre court séjour.
Je recommande vivement a tous ceux qui souhaitent profiter de Paris sans dépenser une fortune dans le logement. J’y reviendrai sans hésiter.

Stanza non conforme alla descrizione situata al terzo piano senza ascensore con scala a chiocciola molto stretta. Camera talmente piccola che si faceva fatica a camminare e bagno che non permetteva di chiudere la porta (senza maniglie all’interno e all’esterno) quando bisognava usare il WC visto che era assente lo spazio per le gambe.
Dotazioni scadenti e mancanti, nonostante fossimo in 2 abbiamo ricevuto solamente 1 telo per la doccia e 2 asciugamani, l’ultimo giorno abbiamo ricevuto un telo strappato in più punti e macchiato.
Di notte la strada era molto rumorosa a causa di un bar situato proprio sotto le camere e non permetteva di tenere le finestre aperte.
Il tutto a 150€ a notte!
