On the second night I woke up in the middle of the night to a man entering our room (wife and kids aged 3 & 6), I challenged him and physically removed him from the room (he feigned drunkness). In the morning I complained about how someone had managed to get in our room and was told it was impossible. Another man came to reception and said he’d been robbed while at breakfast and intercepted the robber in the elevator moments later. There was a scuffle in the reception and the intruder ran off. I complained yet again about how this could possibly happen, that a non guest could simply walk into the hotel and enter a number of rooms without a key card. The reception got very defensive and blamed us, suggesting we had left the door on the latch during the night. After going back up to inspect the door it was discovered that this door and a number of others could simply be opened without a keycard. No apology given and hotel staff were very rude and unhelpful the rest of the stay. Door was fixed within a couple of hours. Found it hard to believe a hotel doesn’t know that several door were broken. Do not stay here if you value safety and security.

J’ai vécu une expérience très décevante lors de mon arrivée à 23h30 hier soir. On m’a attribué une chambre au 8e étage qui n’avait pas d’eau chaude. J’ai alerté le réceptionniste qui m’avait accueilli, et il a constaté le problème : il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude et même le débit d’eau froide était très faible. Malgré le fait que l’hôtel n’était pas complet, le réceptionniste m’a informé qu’il ne pouvait pas me changer de chambre.

Le lendemain matin, j’ai informé le nouveau réceptionniste du matin du manque d’eau chaude, mais il m’a traité de menteur, me qualifiant d’odieux personnage et insinuant que j’avais inventé l’absence d’eau chaude, alors que je n’avais fait aucune réclamation particulière auparavant.

Je suis vraiment surpris qu’un établissement qui accueille des clients puisse engager un individu aussi exécrable. Je recommande vivement d’éviter cet établissement, car pour le prix affiché, vous pourrez trouver bien mieux ailleurs.

A great experience! The hotel is well-located so that it is easy to move around with the metro or by foot. The rooms are recently renewed, very clean and surprisingly large. In the room that was facing the main street, some sound could be heard at night but not in a disturbing way. Staff was very polite and helpful. Overall, a great experience

호텔 바로 앞에 지하철역이 있고 루브르 박물관까지 20-30분 도보로 갈수있는 위치였습니다. 바로 근처에 편의점도 많고 밤에 다녀도 위험하다는 느낌을 받지 않았습니다.
스태프분들도 너무 친절하셨습니다. 짐을 맡기면 복도에 두시지만 항상 리셉션에 앉아계셔서 조금 불안했지만 체크인아웃하고 짐을 맡길수있어 좋았습니다.
침대 하나있는 딜럭스 방이었는데 생각보다 크기도 크고 깨끗하고 욕실도 너무 깨끗해 좋았습니다. 작은 비누랑 샴푸도 제공해줍니다.
침대도 푹신하고 깨끗하고 겨울이였지만 방이 춥지도않고 딱 좋았습니다.
덕분에 즐거운 여행했습니다! 감사합니다.

Experiencia terrible. Llegamos y no existe un espacio seguro donde dejar el equipaje. Lo guardan en mitad de la recepción, por donde pasa todo el mundo. Por la noche al subir a la habitación no habían encendido la calefacción. Encendimos la bomba de calor y bajamos a preguntar porqué hacía tanto frío, un señor muy mal educado nos dijo que no hacía frío y no era el momento para encender el aire caliente. Acto seguido, al subir, habían quitado el fusible del aire y dejó de funcionar. Volvimo a bajar, y con aun peor actitud y gritos nos dijo que “Basta! Basta! Si no os gusta podéis ir a dormir al metro!”. Una experiencia nefasta. Por suerte, al cambio de turno, un chico muy amable subió y vió la situación, a lo que volvió a darnos la electricidad del aire caliente.

Además, las instalaciones son pésimas. La puerta entre las dos suites no cerraba. Tampoco podías entrar debajo la ducha porqué estaba demasiado baja, y por no hablar de la inexistente presión del agua, sólo salía un diminuto hilo de agua.

De verdad, nunca me había sentido tan mal tratado en un hotel.

Inammissibile che in una suite da 350€ al giorno,il riscaldamento venga tenuto appositamente spento fino alle 18.30 in pieno inverno e con finestre piene di spifferi per altro.La pulizia e la posizione sono buone però stare al freddo a queste cifre anche NO!

Hotel fantastico! Prima di tutto, situato in una posizione ottima nel secondo arrondissement quindi in pieno centro, comodissimo per visitare la città sia a piedi che con i mezzi. Camere veramente belle e curate, con bellissima vista sulla città e pulizia ottima. Sulla colazione non so dire nulla perché non abbiamo usufruito. Infine, un apprezzamento allo staff, tutti gentilissimi e sempre sorridenti. Reception attiva 24/24 con possibilità di deposito bagagli. Insomma, la migliore scelta per visitare Parigi!

P.S. Non fidatevi del punteggio basso che vedete, sono recensioni vecchie fatte prima che l’hotel venisse rinnovato. Ora merita almeno 4 stelle.

Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Propreté, emplacement très pratique à 20 minutes à pied de l'Opéra Garnier et du Louvre. La chambre avait tout ce dont vous aviez besoin. Je reviendrai certainement dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Paris.

It’s very nice hotel, with cute and kind stuff, comfortable and really clean rooms. Cozy area with a large number of restaurants and shops. Convenient location 20-minute walk to Opera Garnier and Louvre. I will be back!!

Encontramos este hotel en el último momento y no nos ha defraudado. La ubicación es perfecta, nosotras dormimos en una habitación las cuatro y tenía una cama grande y dos individuales. Todo muy limpio y no le falta de nada. Muy amables en la recepción. Hotel relacion-precio muy bien. Tiene una parada de metro en la puerta pero se puede ir andando al centro en poco tiempo. Volvería a este hotel.

Nous avions demandé une chambre au calme
Nous avons eu la chambre au 1 et juste au dessus de l’entrée et de la bouche de métro
On entend le soir la circulation sur le boulevard et les vibrations à chaque fois qu’une rame de métro arrive
Très bruyant ????
Atmosphère froide
Accueil peu chaleureuse
Et comble les tasses du plateau d’accueil étaient salles ????

Côté positif la literie est confortable
Le miroir de la salle de bain à ambiance lumineuse
Et juste à la sortie du métro

Mejor de lo que esperaba. Un recepcionista joven nos atendió estupendamente, muy amable y dándonos recomendaciones que le pedíamos.
La habitación perfecta, se nota que se debe de haber reformado hace poco, muy elegante y acogedor. Además cuando entras en la habitación olía muy bien a ambientador. Todo muy limpio. El hotel está muy céntrico y lo mejor es que tiene una boca de metro Justo en la puerta para líneas 8 y 9.

También cuentan con desayuno bufete, perfecto: variedad de bebidas, panes y croissants, quesos y mermeladas, etc

המלון בבוקינג 4 כוכבים ובגוגל 3. יותר מ2 כוכבים לא הייתי נותנת! אנחנו היינו בחדר ברמה גבוהה (לכאורה בכסף) ולא היה בו אפילו ארון אלה כונן קולבים שנקנה בחנות הרכבה. אין איטום והרעש במעבר הוא ברמת המוגזם שצריך אטמים. חדרים של אכסניות ב2023 נעימים ומפנקים יותר.

Bell'hotel pulito, personale molto gentile, la fermata della metro davanti all'hotel. Uniche pecche il quartiere di notte non era molto sicuro e in camera c'era un rumore molto fastidioso ( forse proveniente dal condizionatore, ma pareva un rumore di un citofono e c'era anche col condizionatore spento ). Cmq un bel soggiorno.

The reviews are in 2 camps and it's clear why - the older experiences just do not line up with the new. The hotel at some point must have had a refurb and possibly a staff turnover because we found them faultless. Very helpful, very good English from all staff to help make up for our poor french! Room was clean and modernised (save an outdated door) but all in all this hotel is a very good experience in a very convenient location. Also if you have read the review about the 4am taxi, we too had to get an early taxi at 3.15am, the gentleman on the desk had the door open and came out for his break while we waited for the taxi. We felt very safe and were grateful. We will hopefully visit again, thank you to all the staff!
