Le personnel d'accueil et le personnel de chambre très chaleureux
L'emplacement est idéal, à côté de la station RER

Ottima la posizione proprio all' uscita del treno RER che arriva da Charles De Gaulle al margine dei giardini Luxembourg. Camere piccole, servizio ottimo e staff molto gentile. L' hotel è stato ultimamente ristrutturato in parte.

Très propre. Bonne isolation extérieure mais nulle à l'intérieur. Voisins très bruyants vocalement. Douche minuscule. Personnel très aimable.

2 nuits passées dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très gentil et professionnel. La chambre est de taille correct : un lit, un espace bureau et encore de la place pour circuler dans la chambre. La salle de bain n’était pas immense mais fonctionnelle et propre donc pour moi c’est l’essentiel. La chambre était elle aussi très propre et le lit très confortable.
Le seul bémol de mon séjour a été une voisine de pallier qui avait décidé de nous faire partager ses conversations nocturnes en n’étant absolument pas discrète et vu l’isolation un peu légère j’ai pu suivre l’intégralité de ses échanges. L’isolation entre les chambres est vraiment juste le bémol car sinon l’hôtel est vraiment top.

No entiendo por que las puntuaciones son tan bajas.

Las prestaciones del hotel son tal cual se aprecian en las fotos. El servicio de limpieza y de recepción es súper amable, incluso nos habla en nuestro idioma y se ofrecen a solucionarnos cualquier problema que nos surja. Además, el último día cuando hayamos dejado la habitación podemos dejar la maleta en el hotel y nos la guardan durante todo el día. Muy bueno porque podemos seguir visitando la ciudad.

La localización está justo alado del metro Port-Royal. Puedes llegar caminando a los jardines de luxemburgo, incluso a la torre eiffel aunque será un poco más lejos.

Sin embargo, el espacio de las habitaciones y el baño es pequeño, pero es cierto que su relación calidad precio es muy bueno.

I do not understand the low rating. Very friendly staff at reception and breakfast buffet. Very helpful, too.

Room was clean, bathroom with tub, despite location there was only small noise with window closed.

Thats Paris! For the money you get a greatly located hotel directly at Rer B train to the airport and in walking distance (20min) to Seine / Quartier Latin.

We'll see again!

- Great placement (you can easily reach necessary places by public transport, stops near. Or even try yourself on foot to Notre-Dame de Paris and futher)

- Comfortable bed

- Nice hotel personal

- Exciting view from the window

- Working hairdryer in the bathroom

- Kettle in the room (2 tea bags, sugar), 2 bottles of water

- Good price

- Too (more than too) cold in the room (problems with heating)

- Be prepared that rooms are really small (was not a problem for us, but if you not really thin or have many lagguage - you can have some issues). Same is bathroom.

- Elevator really small (1 person with lagguage can use it only)

- Elevator do not reach last floor: there are 6 floor, but elevator reach only 5. And futher you need to use spiral stairs.

- No fridge

- Loud outside (traffic)

Hôtel propre, calme, personnel arrangeant. Accès transport facile et proche. Ascenseur.
Seul petit hic, mauvaise isolation phonique interne mais ça n'a pas été dérangeant dans la nuit car tout le monde dort. Je recommande !

A real nice little Hotel perfectly located for your Paris stay . Good breakfast great friendly staff and comfortable bed and nice clean bathrooms . For me these type of three star Hotels are the way to go for an authentic yet affordable Paris visit.

Hôtel réservé pour 1 nuit 1 personne dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel.
Je ne peux pas parler du petit déjeuner car je ne l'ai pas demander mais malgré cela une bouilloire, du thé, du café soluble, du sucre, des édulcorants et de l'eau étaient mis à disposition dans la chambre.
Les chambres sont très petite, le lit est confortable mais la chambre manque cruellement de luminosité.
Passer une soirée seul dans cette chambre serait déprimant.
Mais pour juste y dormir cela convient très bien, les draps sont propres et le lit confortable.
La douche est fonctionnelle par contre les toilettes sont très près du murs si vous êtes trop grand il faudra s'asseoir de travers...
Le personnel est agréable et à l'écoute.
Pour l'accessibilité l'hôtel se situe juste en face du RER B la gare port royale.

Die teilweise sehr schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht bestätigen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, Zimmer waren sauber und Betten super bequem. Hervorragende Lage direkt an der Metrostation Port Royal (RER B). Dass die Zimmer in den Pariser Hotels generell nicht groß sind, ist bekannt (es sei denn, man zahlt ein kleines Vermögen pro Nacht). Uns hat die fehlende Klimaanlage nicht gestört, ein Ventilator war im Zimmer verfügbar. Ebenso wurden 2 kleine Flaschen bereitgestellt, im Badezimmer waren Shampoo/Duschgel und ein Fön vorhanden. Zwei kleine Negativpunkte: das Bad ist superklein, die Handbrause ließ sich nicht einrasten bzw. hochschieben (zum Duschen musste man sie in die Hand nehmen) und wenig bis gar keine Aufhängemöglichkeit für Handtücher (es fehlen Haken) bzw. ganz wenig Stellfläche für eigene Utensilien.
Alle Attraktionen und Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb der Pariser Zonen 1+2 sind mit Nahverkehr wie auch fußläufig gut erreichbar. In der näheren Umgebung sind viele Bars, Restaurants und Patisserien ansässig.

Propre et déco sympa + personnel accueillant.
Écran de chambre petit, ventilateur disponible et douche vraiment en taille mini (chambre sous le toit).
Pour le pdj faut pas être trop nombreux car c'est "serré", dommage car le menu est correcte.

Overall 2 stars. Location is nice for walking to some of the major attractions (Luxembourg gardens are across the street, the Louvre is a 30 min walk, Pantheon is a 10 min walk). Lots of nice cafe/restaurants nearby for dinner. However, the hotel is not at all worth the money. The rooms are VERY small and outdated (small even for Paris..). There is no AC, just a very small personal fan provided in the room. The hotel is basically on top of the Port Royal metro stop which is quite nice for getting around the city but makes for a noisy night while trying to sleep. Lastly, the majority of the hotel smells like urine. The shower, which was barely big enough to use, smelled especially strong of urine while the stairwell and hallways smelled less.

I would not stay here again.

Una notte di pernottazione, molto esos ma in linea con i prezzi di Parigi. La camera era piccola, il letto matrimoniale incastrato tra le pareti con il minimo spazio per arrivare a sdraiarsi.
La stanza era caldissima, senza aria condizionata ed impossibile tenere la finestra aperta per via del traffico di auto e treni al di sotto della camera.
Passata una notte infernale.
Stanza abbastanza pulita e vicinanza alla stazione uniche note positive.
Per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Parigi, non sarà sicuramente la mia scelta.

Hôtel idéalement situe en plein coeur de Paris! Les chambres sont propres avec tout le nécessaire. Le personnel est disponib:e et à l'écoute des clients. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour à Paris.
