Trying their best and not achieving anything. I felt sad upon arrival. If you are staying there, don’t expect a room clean before 5pm.

Two concierges told us it wasn’t save at night. I lived in Petworth, DC for ten years and wanted to laugh, but they said there were stabbing.

Avoid at all costs. All I can say is ewwh!

I'm fully aware that hotels in Paris can be small, but Le Lapin Blanc's rooms are tiny, minuscule, to the point of uncomfortability. The elevator only holds one and is cripplingly slow. The breakfast in the morning is more of an afterthought, in a small room that is anything but commodious. Worse, the hotel is located on busy, crowed Blvd. Ste. Michele. Once famous, it now showcases a KFC right next door to the entrance of Lapin Blanc. Up the street is a Burger King. Across the street a Starbucks. Sure you can wander off down sides streets and still find the magic of Paris here and there, but after a long flight this was a true disappointment. Fortunately we got a fourth floor room, but it looked on to an inner courtyard of sorts between the other units. On the plus side it was quiet; on the negative side it it was a view of roosting pigeons on the units' window ledges. At €250 a night you can do better in Paris.

This was a great stay! We had a balcony on our room which allowed us to get some sunlight and fresh air. The bed and pillows were so unbelievably comfortable that it ensured a great night’s sleep each night, especially when we needed it most, after long days of travel and tourism. The breakfast was sufficient and a great way to start our day. The staff was lovely and friendly and the hotel was conveniently located by the River, a grocery store, public transportation, and Norte Dame. Overall a perfect stay at a reasonable price!

Bref, je recommande ++!

An entrance wedged between shut down shops is an inauspicious start but once in reception staff are efficient and friendly. The smallest lift I have ever seen takes you to rooms which are tiny and rather oddly decorated but are immaculate with good showers- albeit behind a curtain not in a separate room, comfortable bed and coffee maker. I did hear the rumble of the Metro in the morning but on the fourth floor it was not disturbing. Breakfast average in a tiny 6 table basement room. Step outside and you are on a busy road but ideally located for everything. Nothing drastically wrong with this hotel but by no definition does it deserve its 4* rating so I wouldn’t stay again.

Anbefales!

Our stay at Hotel Le Lapin Blanc was perfect for our trip to Paris. The location was brilliant, staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and had plenty of space. We had an issue with our door on the last night, however Azeddine was extremely helpful in getting the issue sorted, and us back into our room! We would absolutely recommend a stay here.

Very small rooms and even smaller elevator. Space is clean, bed is spacious but quite soft. Location is quite convenient coming from CDG come the RER station is a 10 min walk.

We stayed there for 6 nights.|The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helped us a lot.|On the one hand, there are many restaurants near the hotel and convenient public transportation, and on the other hand it was quiet at night, so we enjoyed both worlds.|Highly recommend.

Personeel is super vriendelijk!

A great location within walking distance of the major tourist attractions and some great eating places. ||The room was really cute! It was a great size and slept 3 adults comfortably. Our room was cleaned daily and little treats were left for us.||The only negative was the bathroom had no door on it so there was no privacy when showering. there was a bath in the middle of the room, we didn’t use it so didn’t matter, it was just a bit odd!

Hotel Le Lapin Blanc is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Paris. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the interior is mid-modern century mixed with a chic flair of Alice in Wonderland with all the comforts of a good hotel. The hotel is situated on the busy boulevard Saint-Michel but inside you will find an oasis of rest. The beds are comfortable and the shower (and bath in some rooms) are a moment of relaxation along with the bath products with honey. There is a mini fridge, a tv, hair dryer, a mini safe, wifi and coffee and tea facilities. And extra: delicious macarons that Alice would approve off.||At breakfast guests have a choice of two types of breakfast; Express and Continental. Express includes drinks, pastries, fresh bread (with jam and honey) and yoghurt. Continental includes everything from Express including a buffet of various cheeses and meats, eggs, sausages and baked beans. ||The hotel is situated in the fifth arrondissement of Paris where you will find a lot of culture like the Pantheon, the Notre Dame, the Louvre museum and Musée d'Orsay. Or take a walk through the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg for some peace and quit in this vibrant city.||For transportation there are different possibilities. You can take a Hop-on Hop-off bus but I would not recommend it. It's busy with tourists and there can be long waiting lines. Opt for these (low cost) transportation tips instead. Around the corner of the hotel is Metro station Cluny-la Sorbonne. The metro is a cheap way to get everywhere in the city and you aren't run over by tourists. If you like some exercise then the Vélib bike-share system via app is the thing for you. Or just walk and wander through the beautiful streets of Paris. ||For shopping you can visit the Champs-Élysées and the area around it. But closer to the hotel are some lovely places to visit as well. Step outside your hotel and walk straight into the elegant and artistic Saint-Germain-des-Prés (6th and 7th arrondissements) where you will find many different (antique) shops and the famous Pont des Arts. In the 5th arrondissement (where the hotel is) lies the oldest district in Paris: the Latin Quarter. Here you will find, among lovely old streets and shops, the Pantheon and the historic Cluny Museum. If you cross the Seine you will find Le Marais in the 3rd arrondissement. A very creative place full of boutique shops and don't forget a visit to Centre Pompidou.||For food you would not have to look far. Paris is a hub for delicous and diverse food. Visit Angelina, in the gardens of Musée du Luxembourg, for delicious teas, hot chocolate and mesmerizing pastries. Love some more sweet? Laduree is just a minute away at Place Edmond Rostand. And look further then the lovely macarons because besides fresh made drinks there are a lot of sweet treats to choose from. Looking for lunch? On boulevard Saint-Michel you will find Le Choupinet wich offers French brasserie cuisine. And for extra fun: you can sit with a larger than life teddybear at your table. At night you can visit Le Vingt in the Latin Quarter for some cheesefondue or raclette. Or choose a la carte.||Paris has so many hidden gems that you will need definitely a couple of trips to this beautiful city and Hotel Le Lapin Blanc is the place to stay.

Very good location as the hotel is very close to several train/metro stations. Staff was very nice and friendly, especially the receptionist who made everything very easy for us (thank you). Room was nice and spacious. Two reasons for it being a four star: 1) at night you will hear noise and walking from upstairs and 2) cleaning of the room was a bit sloppy - didn’t change out the tissue box and the floor was left quite dirty even after cleaning

Very cute boutique Hotel, but if you are used to wide large bedroom, here, it’s very tiny but it is pretty cute.

The staff is kind.

Beware the drinks on the fridge in the bedroom are not included in the booking.

The only issue i had with bathroom, is that water from the shower kept coming out of the shower area, so almost flooded the bedroom.
Also the square sized handheld shower doesn’t work.

I forgot to tell the staff about this issue.

Overall it was a nice stay.

Small hotel in a Paris house over seven floors with a very wide range of room sizes. A few with views of Boulevard Saint-Michel- most not.
Very clean comfortable beds, basic breakfast, free tea and coffee late afternoon.
Excellent location

We were very excited to stay at Le Lapin Blanc in Paris. We did enjoy the Alice in Wonderland theme. Unfortunately, our room was not very clean: coffeepot had moldy water in it from a previous guest and there was lipstick on the cups, and bathroom sink was none too clean. There was also a great deal of confusion over what was included in our stay with different staff members providing different information. Overall, we were disappointed.

We spent 2 nights at Le Lapin Blanc.Great central location in the Latin Quarter near the Luxembourg Palace and other key attractions.Quality rooms including a comfortable bed.A few negatives being:substandard WiFi which regularly failed to work;the continental breakfast at 18E per person is very basic and not worth the money;a lot of the public facilities like the lift are very cramped. This would be OK but for the fact that the Hotel has its rooms at circa 350E per night which is pretty expensive. So not a great value for money proposition.

Ça n’a aucun sens.

We checked out this morning and we couldn’t have been more happy with our experience. From the convenient location, the excellent customer service and friendly staff, the breakfast and tea times, and the design and feel of the hotel and rooms. It was our first time in Paris and it was the cherry on top for our trip. We can understand how some guests may not like the shower/bath set up in the rooms, however that is why there are pictures on the website for you to see this before you book (if you see the lower star reviews, the common thread is that these guests probably should have done their homework more and/or picked a better match for their type of trip). If you’re looking for a VERY CLEAN, romantic and/or super cute Paris boutique hotel experience, this hotel will deliver.
