Wonderfully located hotel with very friendly front desk staff. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe. Rooms were clean, a nice size for Paris, and fairly priced. This area is perfect! I’d definitely come back to this hotel.

Amazing location !!! I had a view of the Eiffel Tower from the room on the top floor and a view of the Notre Dame from the back balcony. It was cozy and comfortable easy to access from the B line straight from the airport. Would love to stay here again.

+Perfect location. Hotel is in the city center surrounded by many restaurants and cafes. A few steps away from Notre-Dame .
(it's cool that the hotel provides an umbrella if it is raining outside.)
+The reception and breakfast area were cozy and nicely decorated, just like the room.
+Front desk was kind and nice. Also, woman who worked at breakfast area were also really nice and helpful.
+- About the room. The room lacks of natural light. No view through the window (through the window you can see only the wall (our room was 204, for three people). The bathroom needs renovation, however, the towels were perfect (large, white, and clean).
+ Comfortable, soft and clean beds.
-Very limited breakfast. €15 per person for a cold breakfast: cornflakes, two types of meat (salami and ham), one type of cheese and cream cheese, cold boiled eggs, jam, butter, croissants, French bread, buns with chocolate and beverages (coffee was good).
I don’t say it wasn’t tasty; actually it was. However, there were no hot/warm food options, no omelet or sausages, nothing.
Of course, after such breakfast you won't leave hungry, but this is not the usual breakfast you'd find in other European countries for €15. I was informed that the omelet would cost an additional €4 per person.

Super location. The rooms were well-appointed and clean. I had a full tub and the towel warmer was clutch.

Un hotel molt a prop de Notre Dame, al bell mig del barri llatí. Les habitacions són molt correctes, i el servei de l’hotel molt simpàtics. Tinc clar que si tornem a París serà la nostra primera opció. Una mica car, però a Paris tots els preus són alts. Moltes opcions de menjar als carrers del davant. Hotel molt nét, bona ubicació i bon servei.

Я забронировала номер на 2 с большими окнами и 1 большой кроватью, видом на собор, как было указано в описании отеля и фотографиях. В итоге мне дали номер без нормальных окон, без кондиционера, со сломанным зеркалом и 2 маленькими кроватями…маленькая темная кладовка! И отказались поменять номер!
Никакого отопления здесь нет, как указано. Из стены дует только холодом. Насекомые в номере.
Wi-fi не загружает даже Google maps, не работает, а мобильная связь не ловит в номере.
Я провела там 1 ночь и уехала в другой отель. Но с меня взяли 407€ за 2 ночи вместо 1…

This is the only place we stayed with family hence not possible to compare and say if any other place is better. But it met all our needs, safe neighbourhood, gentle staff, ,clean rooms, nearby to every cuisine you can think, toot bus stop is right in front, metro at walking distance. In fact Room 401 has a balcony and you can see Eiffel’s crown beaming at you in the night.

We booked 3 rooms here for 3 nights and very much enjoyed our stay. The rooms were super clean, and the service was fantastic. There was some confusion upon our check out but Samba was absolutely amazing. Samba is very calm and very organized. I highly recommend this hotel.

First night we were very tired due to an early flight, so we slept well. But next day we noticed cockroaches crawled along the head of the bed. I literally couldn’t sleep all night, so we decided to change the hotel straightaway next morning. We informed receptionist about it, he said that we should have asked to change the room, but I presume it’s a common problem, and change of the room wouldn’t help. So no any compensation has been offered, we paid for 3 nights after 2 nights stay, no one even said sorry for that. Seems like it’s kind of norm for this place to have cockroaches and no one is surprised. What a shame, the room had a great balcony with a view and staff seems to be attentive and nice.
