This hotel charges me 230euros for a room on first floor which they know is subjected to disco music from midnight to 6am. Who wants to stay in a hotel but cannot sleep for the night? They will keep selling it to people and get away with it. Shame!

I had the best stay here for a 1 night for my husbands birthday trip. We were able to come early drop off our bags and explore the city. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They had a birthday tart waiting for us when we got in the room! There is free coffee and water at reception so it was nice to use whilst waiting for our nighttime Eurostar. The street is busy but the windows once closed blocked out all the noise.

L'hôtel est situé au dessus d'une boîte de nuit et en face d'un pub. Le bruit est monstrueux jusqu'au petit matin. On nous a parlé d'une rue animée mais c'est pas le bon terme. A fuir si vous voulez dormir.
Cela étant il faut reconnaître que la chambre est propre et la literie très bonne.

Super super Lage i. lebendigen Ausgehviertel, super nette Mitarbeitende, super Matratzen, super Preis-Leistung beim Frühstück. Leider etwas eng und hellhörig, aber die Vorteile wiegend diese kleinen Einschränkungen bei weitem auf.

o quarto era pequeno mas muito confortavel, banheiro tambem confortavel mas pequeno, cafe da manha muito bom e a localização do hotel tambem é muito boa com metro muito perto e tambem da pra ir ha muitos lugares a pé.|um ponto negativo é que do terreo para o primeiro andar onde fica a recepção nao tem elevador... mas só incomoda pra subir as malas

Inmitten des Quartier Latin hat uns ein liebevoll ausgestattetes Hotelzimmer mit sehr freundlichem und schnellem Service erwartet. Bei einer erneuten Reise nach Paris, würde ich dieses Hotel als Unterkunft auswählen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Horrible experience. No chance to sleep because of the loud noise. It's past 3AM and we can still hear all the noise from nearby establishments. No elevator from main floor to 2nd floor. You'll have to carry your luggages in a narrow stairs.

C'est dans le cadre d'un séjour professionnel que j'ai réservé trois nuits dans cet hôtel. L'endroit se situe dans une petite rue très animée où l'on trouve aussi bien des boutiques que des crêperies ou encore des bars. Certes la contrepartie se révèle être un niveau sonore quelque peu élevé. Cependant, l'établissement prévient chaque hôte de ce désagrément à propos duquel des bouchons sonores sont proposés. De sorte que mon sommeil n'a nullement été dérangé par ces nuisances.|En outre, l'ensemble du personnel s'est montré très courtois et vraiment attentionné. Puis j’ajouterais que j'ai également apprécié le petit-déjeuner pour sa variété ainsi que pour la qualité et la fraîcheur des mets mis à disposition.|Une expérience réussie !

Hotel skromny ale czysty i zadbany. Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa. Lokalizacja fantastyczna, hotel przy małej uliczce wypełnionej restauracjami i małymi butikami. Bardzo blisko dwóch linii metra więc nie ma problemów z komunikacją, dobry dojazd na lotnisko.

Locația aproape de mijloacele de transport in comun. Cei de la hotel au fost amabili si ne au ținut bagajele atât in ziua cazării deoarece am ajuns devreme cât si la plecare deoarece aveam plecarea din Paris la ora 23

Con: The noise from the bars in the street on the weekends is VERY loud and continues into the early morning. Also the smoke from the bars bothered me at night in the room. There is no elevator from the first floor to reception.
Pros: excellent location with access to multiple metro stations. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Coffee, tea available in the common kitchenette. The area is an easy walk to many restaurants and cafes.

It’s almost 4 AM, and on my last night in Paris, I’m unable to sleep due to the loud music from downstairs. The hotel staff said he couldn’t do anything about it and only gave me earplugs, which are not very effective. The constant noise makes this hotel highly not recommended.

Très belle rénovation pour l’hôtel des cannettes, qui avait bien besoin d’un coup de jeune.|La deco est très réussi et les matériaux utilisés aussi.|Top emplacement, accueil très sympathique et chambres petites mais très bien pensées. Tout est parfait pour nous! |Bien que le quartier soit très bruyant, notre chambre au 4e étage donnant sur la cour intérieure était parfaite. Aucun bruit .|Merci pour votre gentillesse !|Parking voiture à proximité immédiate au marché saint germain. 50€ les 24h

Small boutique hotel in a great location for getting around the city (close to several metro and RER lines). Lots of good places to eat and drink in a 2 block radius.
Rooms are small but typical for the city. Well appointed and clean. We had a window into the street and enjoyed being able to open the window for fresh air. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
There is no elevator from the ground floor and there is a lot of noise on some nights from the bar and nightclub below however with earplugs you can drown it all out. We slept well.

j ´ai aimais l´ hôtel. La location, les chambres, le petit déjeuner étais très bien. A la réception et en général, on était très accueillante. J´y retournerai bien tôt.
