An advance payment of 100 euros was taken and they promised to return it within two days. I called twice and only heard promises that the deposit would be returned within two months. The rooms leave much to be desired and the view from the window into the wall opposite.

I’m giving this hotel a one based on what I recently experienced. Based on my previous stay, the location is great, the rooms were nice and the staff friendly and helpful. However, my current encounter has been less than pleasing.

I have stayed in this hotel twice before the pandemic. I was scheduled to return in a few weeks. When I went on line to make an adjustment to my reservation, I was surprised to see the website wasn’t working. I called the phone number on the bottom of my confirmation email and was told the hotel was closed and wouldn’t open until the middle of the month. This concerned me because my trip was schedule around that time.

I did a little digging and found a different website that led me to this hotel, but it was now under new ownership with a new name. When I called the number on the website, there was a little difficulty locating my reservations. Once they were found, I wanted to confirm the information I was given by the hotel operator. To my SHOCK, I was told the hotel was closed until the middle of the year.

This floored me on so many levels. First being, no one bothered to alert me to a change in ownership. Or a temporary closure of the hotel. It is by the grace of God, that I called when I did. Otherwise, I would have arrived to a closed hotel with no place to stay.

I had until two days before my arrival to cancel my reservations without charge. The operator telling me my reservations would be cancelled without charge, was nice but gave me the impression they were going to charge me if I hadn’t said anything.

My previous two stays were nice and the staff were friendly. However, this experience has made me very uneasy about staying at this property or any other under this brand in the future.

I would rate this hotel a 1.5 star on its very best day. I stayed here alone for the past 4 nights visiting from the US, and i would never do it again.
My room key stopped working TWICE during my 4 night stay. So I had to bring whatever bags I’m carrying back down to the lobby for them to fix the key.
The WiFi is horrible. While in my room, I can’t use any apps because neither the WiFi nor my data works. I’m right on the street so I’m not sure why that is. Had to hang out in the lobby to do anything other than text.
There is a hairdryer, it only works for 30 seconds then shuts off and I have to wait 10-15 minutes for it to work again. I called them and maintenance came and literally told me “it shuts off when it gets too hot”. Gets too hot? It’s a hairdryer???? And 30 seconds??? I timed it and it was literally barely 30 seconds. Not to mention, when the maintenance came, I was changing, and instead of knocking, he unlocked the door (“deadbolt” included) and walked right in. Absolutely unbelievable.
The walls are extremely thin, I can hear speaking level conversations in every room around me, I can hear other guests using the bathroom, and I can hear every single sound outside the hotel. The location is decent at best, but not worth the amenities, service, and (lack of) quality.
Every morning, at least TWO people knock asking if I want my room cleaned. This is even though they have a sign I can put on the door that I didn’t put. And why does it need to happen twice? It was one of the most annoying things.
I would never stay here again, or recommend it to anyone else

I've noticed that my review was flagged so I'll post it again, because my experience was absolutely terrible.

I stayed at this hotel a couple of months back when i was in Paris for a business trip and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience. Despite assurances from the staff, there was a significant mix-up with the airport transportation I had arranged through them. I ended up waiting for two hours and had to resend the confirmation email several times, which was quite frustrating.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a staff member named Elva. I felt that my concerns regarding the transportation issue and an unexpected extra charge on my bill were not adequately addressed. The explanation given was that the charge was due to a booking error on Expedia's part, but this did not alleviate my concerns about being overcharged.

Additionally, I was asked to pay a 200 euro deposit for potential minibar usage, which seemed excessive given the limited items available. The terms for the return of this deposit were also unclear, which added to my discomfort.

I also noticed a lack of responsiveness to feedback, both in my personal experience and in other reviews I read. This, coupled with the high price of the stay, made me feel that the value for money was not there..actually not even close and resembled a stay of a suburban hostel sorry to say.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe improvements in customer service could greatly enhance the experience for future guests, I also spoke to a couple of lovely people that I met on my stay there that seem to have had a similar experience. I highly recommend you re-evaluate your customer service and the experience they have.

Best of luck with it all in the future, unfortunately will not be coming back there again not would I recommend you guys as there are many great alternative places to stay at.

Chambre très petite, calle de bain exiguë, vue sur cour et fenêtres pris exorbitant par rapport à tout ça. Nous n'y retournerons pas.

Very bad experience in everything, hotel manager(catherine) is not flixable, they steal my money, not helpful, all they want is to take money, cheap rooms and small! very noisy becauae of the night club, ac is not working!! not recommended at all, scammers!!

3 nuits passées pendant la semaine 45.
Suite à un beug informatique (ca arrive!), j'ai attendu ma chambre pendant 1H00 et la carte de celle-ci a beuguée 2 fois pendant mon séjour.
Ma chambre, coté rue du Colysée, n'était pas bien isolée, on entend ce qu'il se passe dans la rue surtout à partir de 5H00 avec les retours de fiestas, les camions poubelles et le métro. La salle de bain était un vrai frigo. Pour le reste de la prestation était conforme.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the Champs-Elysees and within walking distance of many landmarks. Check-in was easy and friendly. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Service at the hotel was outstanding. I lost an item in the room and the team made a great effort to return it to me and communicate. Really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this hotel.

L’emplacement était parfait, la chambre sur laquelle je suis tombée était super avec une belle salle de bain, le personnel étaient à l’écoute de mes besoins et ont su régler les problèmes que j’ai pu avoir durant mon séjour. Le petit déjeuner aussi était super bon. Je recommande.

A very cute boutique hotel in an amazing location. The front desk team and concierge were delightful! We were greeted with a smile, check in was easy and our every need was met. We have stayed at other Paris hotels that cost twice as much and provided half the service.

I booked this hotel yesterday but my reservation was cancelled due to invalid credit card. I phoned my credit card Customer support and I was told that nothing is wrong with the credit card and the problem is on the receiver side. I am giving you guys rating 1 only for laziness and inability to be flexible and investigate what the actual problem might be on your side. I assume your hotel does not take North America credit cards.

Easily one of the worst hotels i have stayed at to date (more of a motel than anything). The lovely staff apparently organised my transportation from the airport which wasn't the case, waited for 2 hours only to be asked constantly to re send them the confirmation email which i did multiple times only to waste another hour in total. She also stated that they don't even reed their own feedback forms, once you book with them you have the option to request transportation amongst other requirements via this so called form and I quote " thats automated we don't read that"! Another genius idea, well done.

When i arrived at the hotel i was greeted by Elva who couldn't care less about my issue nor was she interested in a simple apology but did decide to let me know that I was charged for an extra day even though i clearly just arrived Blamed it on expedia and was quick to take my money.

Furthermore she insisted that i pay another 200 euro for a deposit in case i use their mini fridge which has 2 soft drinks, chips and a chocolate bar. Refused to let me pay as I go, she also didnt have a clear answer on when i would get the deposit back. Kept saying maybe 4 days or 4 weeks. (Good one mate)!

Would NOT recommend this hotel (motel) to anyone, i also see they have an excuse for everything and all complaints as I read through the rest of the reviews which I should have checked earlier.

Not to mention the price to stay here is absurd and a joke.

Good luck maybe use some of the money to invest in better customer service.

one of the worst hotels if not the worst ever, i emailed them a day before my arrival to get an early check in and when i arrived the refused and when i came into the room it was very dirty and 2 days after the housekeeper left an empty juice bottle and when i told the manager that is unacceptable he was very rude laughed
