Mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione dieci ore prima del mio arrivo dicendo che la mia carta di credito non era valida (cosa assolutamente non vera dato che dieci minuti dopo ho prenotato presso un'altra struttura senza nessun problema). Nessuna spiegazione, nessuna risposta ai messaggi, nessun risarcimento (che a parti invertite ovviamente io avrei dovuto riconoscere). Lasciate perdere e prenotate altrove se non volete sorprese.

Gutes Hotel für eine Reise nach Paris. Zentral gelegen, ca. 5min Fußweg zur Metrostation "Pigalle" sowie weiterer Buslinien. In 10min sind andere Metrostationen sowie die RER erreichbar. Freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind eher klein, besonders das Badezimmer. Die Einrichtung ist sehr basic aber für unsere Bedürfnisse in Ordnung.

Our room was clean but a little small. Would have been fine for one person. Little cramped for 2. Location was about 35 minute walk to the Louvre. Little further the Arc area. Got our steps in for sure. Staff were polite and helpful. Worst part was room location. 6th floor. Elevator only went to 5. Had to carry luggage up and down last floor on a very tight spiral staircase.

I booked the hotel in January via Booking and agreed on a payment on site. About a week ago, I was suddenly told to pay through a suspicious link sent by email. My questions about this unexpected change were barely addressed. In the end, the link didn’t even work, and the booking was cancelled by the accommodation. Either this is a scam, they were hacked, or they are simply incompetent.

Sehr zentral, mitten in Paris. Alles sehr Fußläufig zu erreichen. Metro Haltestelle Pigalle in 5 Min zu Fuß erreichbar Sicher und sehr sauber. Ideal für einen Aufenthalt 3-4 Tage. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Dans un quartier bien agréable avec une grande variété de services : bars, restaurants, épiceries, supérette, boulangerie, fromager et salles de spectacle.
Accueil agréable, chambre propre et spacieuse.

Chambre propre !
Manque petit frigo, manque bouilloire ou machine à café serait un plus dans la chambre .
Le réceptionniste,un peu vite submergé est oublie très vite que vous avez déjà payé votre dû,il essaie une deuxième fois,, surtout qu'il ne peut pas s'occuper du client est joué au échec sur l'ordi au même temps !!

Hotel simples, limpo e super bem localizado. Próximo a estações de metrô, no centro, e próximos à galeria Lafayette. Oferece no quarto, cafeteria, sãos plásticos organizadores e lenços de higiene coisa que não vejo em outros hotéis de mesma categoria.

Hôtel propre, personnel accueillant et agréable. Point négatif l’insonorisation de la chambre … nos voisins étaient particulièrement bruyants… |Gros point positif le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié, bon rapport qualité prix pour l’ensemble de l’hôtel

Très bien situé. Chambre de base et salle de bain pénible mais tout le monde est gentil. Déjeuner à revoir, surtout le café. Je le recommande tout de même, nous avons apprécié .

Never use this hotel! The owner, Enzo, is a scam and does not pay his customers back the money he owes them. Me and my Company has been waiting since 2023 for money and he continue coming up with new excuses.. Or dissappear for weeks. Stay away!!

Bien situé chambre confortable, calme et propre , et un personnel très agréable. Chambre correct belle nouvelle salle de bain il manque juste un frigo et une cafetière,bon petit dej prix correct, bon rapport qualité prix, mais surtout un très bon service et la gentillesse du personnel

Hôtel idéalement situé , proche du métro , du moulin rouge, théâtre, …accueil au top , le personnel est gentil et agréable de plus j avais oublié mon sac à main et il m a été rapporté dans les 5 min merci à vous, chambre propre salle de bain toute neuve , bonne literie très calme , petit dej bon rapport qualité prix et un grand plus pour le personnel de cet hôtel qui est formidable

VMC en marche forcée continue dans la salle de bain, avec une porte coulissante n'atténuant que très peu le bruit.
Impossible de dormir. Est ce uniquement le cas de la chambre 305 ou est ce dans toutes les chambres ?

Albergo tranquillo. Posizione eccellente a pochi passi dal Moulin rouge e dalla collina di montmarte. Molto comodo anche muoversi a piedi, colazione compresa nel prezzo minimal ma essenziale. Camera molto piccola ma negli standard parigini. Personale gentile e a volte parlavano anche italiano. Grazie

Really enjoyed this hotel! Amazing location a few minutes from multiple metro lines, friendly staff, and decent sized rooms. The photos online do make it seem a little more upscale than it truly is - linens and fixtures seem a little dated, but still mostly clean and functional. Shower was well hot but lacked good water pressure. Overall would stay here again, but with different expectations

Un personnel aux petits soins. J'ai eu la chance d'avoir une chambre côté cour... Le quartier c'est Paris cosmopolite et bruyant. Mais Paris ♥️
