L’hôtel est très bien !! très bonne accueil et très belle hôtel je recommande. J’ai passer une nuit et rien à dire pour ma part.

Tout est parfait sauf l’accès piscine est extrêmement limité . L’accueil n est pas agréable et restreint . Si vous souhaitez vous baigné avant de rendre votre chambre à midi ok vous refuse l accès des 11h30

Des collaborateurs professionnels et agréables (accueil, room service), un établissement où il fait bon vivre. Point de vigilance sur la propreté de l'espace bien être (pédiluve, bain de soleil), et la hammam n'a que le nom, il est dégradé et ne fonctionne pas.

Très bien, le seul bémol, bruit incessant toute la nuit, du certainement au sifflement du vent dans la structure métallique à l'extérieur. Pas facile pour dormir.

Pas de peignoir ni de chaussons en chambre. Problème de chauffage dans la chambre on a eu un chauffage d’appoint (je trouve pas cela correct pour hôtel de 4 étoiles car à ce niveau un certain standing et demandé) sinon tout est parfait.

Vraiment dommage que le hammam soit indiqué dans toutes les publicités de l'hôtel alors qu'il ne fonctionne pas. Aussi, la réservation des créneaux pour la piscine est obligatoire mais il n'y a pas d'horloge visible de la piscine. La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas. Sinon la chambre très belle et spacieuse. 2 oreillers par personne aurait été parfait
