Accommodation is poor value. Check-in only available 6pm - 8pm. No answer from phone before that time. We stayed 18 April 2019. Bar restaurant closed indefinitely at that time. Twin room we had reserved only became available at about 7pm when we were about to go to a booked table at restaurant in Thoiry. We showered in a double room and were told we could transfer when we came back. In fact they then took a booking for the double room and took the liberty of moving our belongings themselves.
The lady who showed us in and helped sort out the owner's muddle was friendly and helpful. She remonstrated with the owner on the phone, but no apology was relayed.
Basic, reasonably clean room, but ventilation only possible by leaving door open.
Would scrape to 3 stars if it had been cheap.

Le meilleur restaurant que je connaisse. Tout simplement. Cuisine digne d'un restaurant étoilé, service impeccable, belle cave, rhum arrangé médaillé. Une perle !
