Dommage des rats dans le faut plafond = beaucoup de bruit la nuit

Questions fréquentes :

Pros:
- very diverse entertainment in the evenings
- multiple activities
- beautiful terrace and plancha was a definite bonus
- accommodation well equipped with pans, pots, and all sorts of tableware that were in excellent condition
- English was spoken by employees within the resort
- pools were clean, slides were amazing, heated pool was nice and warm and child friendly
- more lifeguards than in other resorts
- pizzas were nice and decently priced
Cons:
- price of linen rental and the very fact that it has to be rented or brought over to begin with is not ideal
- floors were dirty when we arrived, but were expected to be left clean on departure
- very little in the started pack: small sachet of washing liquid, small dishwasher pod and tiny sponge, etc. Nothing else was available and everything had to be purchased: salt, pepper, oil, soap, shower gel, etc. I think a more comprehensive starter pack would be welcome
- needed taxis to go to any shop / touristic location as the train was discontinued and nothing was within walking distance; taxis were quite expensive.
- service could be better; we went for a big shopping and asked if someone could spare 2 minutes to bring our shopping with one of the small buggy cars to our accommodation and were told no. We had to take turns taking the shopping to our accommodation.
- upon departure we asked for a buggy car to help with the luggage as we had 3 kids with us and were told no initially and after pleading we eventually got someone bring one around and carry the luggage
- at 9:45 we already had people at the door pressuring us to leave; 10am for check out is very early for a family holiday resort, especially when it's expected that we leave it spotless.
- we arranged taxis before arriving to France and agreed on the price. The taxis did not honor the prices despite confirming with reception twice.
- entertainment was only in French, despite the amount of people speaking English
- rooms were very small and pillows quite uncomfortable
