Les chambres sont confortables, toutes équipées, climatisées et munies d'une terrasse donnant sur le parc fleuri. Imaginez-vous déjà vous étendre le matin sur votre balcon, tendant les bras à dame nature. L'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est aux petits soins... Un séjour superbe vous attend à Cucq !

So we found the advertising and the reality at odds with each other.
On paper we expected a warm welcome. In reality, there was no-one there (apart from guests) when arrived or when we left. The website says reception was coveted from 7.30am - 7.30pm.
We got there at 7.04pm to a note on the door telling us where our key was. We had just driven 800km! We had never visited the area before. There was nothing in the room recommending where to eat. I called the number left on the note and was told he'd had to run guests into Le Touquet? I'm glad SOMEONE got dinner that evening as we didn't. We left at 7.30am to get breakfast - still no-one.
The European adapter plug did not fit the sockets so I was unable to use my C-pap machine which I should use every night.
The room was a fair size but the bed so ridiculously large that you couldn't fully open the bathroom door.
Lastly, make sure you can carry your cases as the stones in the car park make it impossible to pull them - and there is no lift.

Unpleasant three day experience at this place. A hair dryer that did not work and a manager who did not have the courtesy to offer us an extra one.
As we had a room on the courtyard side overlooking the parking lot, I had asked for information on the possible noise disturbance; the manager was evasive, not talking about the departmental passing less than 50 m from the rooms, so it was impossible to sleep with the window open. The information given is therefore incomplete and misleading, this place is not part of a "Relais du silence" network.
Room tip: The hotel does not respect the entire list of services offered and leaves the customer without a solution.

Unangenehme dreitägige Erfahrung an diesem Ort. Ein Haartrockner, der nicht funktionierte, und ein Manager, der nicht die Höflichkeit hatte, uns einen zusätzlichen anzubieten.
Da wir ein Zimmer zur Hofseite mit Blick auf den Parkplatz hatten, hatte ich um Auskunft bezüglich möglicher Lärmbelästigung gebeten; Der Manager war ausweichend und erwähnte nicht, dass die Abteilung weniger als 50 m von den Zimmern entfernt vorbeikam, so dass es unmöglich war, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Die bereitgestellten Informationen sind daher unvollständig und irreführend, dieser Ort ist nicht Teil eines „Relais du silence“-Netzwerks.
Zimmertipp: Das Hotel respektiert nicht das gesamte Leistungsangebot und lässt den Kunden ohne Lösung zurück.
