Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Un lit parapluie nous a été mis à disposition pour notre fille. La chambre est très calme et la salle de bain exceptionnelle. Nous avons pu profiter du petit déjeuner complet le matin dans le coin salon. Merci pour l’accueil chaleureux.

Nous avons occupé le gîte et 2 chambres. Tout était parfait : le coté à la fois cosy et fonctionnel de la grande pièce à vivre pour travailler puis cuisiner en groupe, les chambres chaleureuses et confortables, et surtout l'accueil et le service irréprochables. Sans parler de l'emplacement, permettant de tout faire à pied.

It is a bit of a challenge to rate our stay. This was our second time at this establishment, and the first time, it was outstanding. This time...not so much. We checked into our room which hadn't been aired out in advance on a very hot day after quite a rigmarole to park. The fan wasn't working, so the host quickly got us another. Later we discovered the fridge wasn't working and then, the hammam kept tripping the electrics and wouldn't start (the main reason for choosing this place over others). Other little things like a broken water filter and old water left in the kettle made me think the place was definitely slipping, which is sad. After complaining, we were thankfully moved to another room which was very appreciated. But what if no room had been available? It would have been a fairly miserable stay, and believe me, we would not have paid full price. Plus, after unpacking and trying to unwind, it sucks to have to repack and move. I hope they can get it together. We went back this year because we had enjoyed it so much the first time. Two years can change a lot! Something I'll keep in mind when reading reviews in the future.

Gîte très bien situé, proche du centre ville et des halles, tout en étant dans une rue calme. Il est joliment décoré et très fonctionnel. A louer sans hésiter !

Vieille bâtisse rénovée avec goût, bcp de charme, excellent confort, environnement calme, situation idéale au cœur de la ville à 100 m du marché couvert.
Petit déjeuner très complet.

Charmant établissement au cœur de La Rochelle. Près de tout, tout en étant très intime. Nous sommes restés dans la chambre jaune qui était sublime - les draps et le lit étaient très confortables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le hammam. Nous recommandons vivement.

Amazing wow !! Juste féerique! Magnifique demeure qui degage une âme profonde, au coeur de la Rochelle, au calme absolu. Personnes extrêmement accueillantes et bienveillantes. Petit déjeuner qualitatif (j'ai vu des produits bio). Des œuvres artistiques posées ça et là affirment une décoration intérieure très subtile en cohérence avec cette bien belle maison probablement chargée d'histoire. On y est tout de suite enveloppé par la sérénité et on ne veut pas quitter ce lieu envoûtant. Respect. Bravo pour tout le travail accompli !

The room, especially the bath room, with a two person beautiful wooden tub, a steam room/shower large sleeping/living area, with lovely decor and small balcony were absolutely wonderful. The hotel is very underwhelming from the front with an equally underwhelming the entry, but once you get to the room (no elevator so beware), oh the room makes up for everything. Trust me, it is much better to underwhelmed by the outside and the entry and overwhelmed by the room (and balcony) than the other way around. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nous étions 17 et nous avons privatisé l'ensemble de la maison tout le week-end de Pentecôte ! Tout a été parfait ! Autant l'accueil et le sourire de la personne qui s'est occupé de nous, que l'hébergement et les petits déjeuner ! 4 des chambres sont équipées d'un Hammam ! Toutes les chambres sont spacieuses et les literies très agréables. La situation géographique était idéale pour nous, plein centre, tout est accessible à pied. Nous y retournerons et recommandons vraiment cet établissement ! ! !

sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten.
sehr netter Empfang. sehr schönes Zimmer mit einem kleinen aber schönen, gemütlichen Wintergarten.
das Bad war ein Traum, tolle Badewanne und super Hamam.
Kaffeemaschine (Kapseln) und Wasserkocher.
Die Lage, direkt um die Ecke von der tollen Markthalle war überragend.
Parkplatz fußläufig.
Alles was das Herz begehrt.

Lieu de rêve pour un séjour en amoureux , accueil topissime, salle de bain équipée d'un hammam et d'une baignoire en bois , cour intérieure avec possibilité de prendre son petit-déjeuner ( excellent) dedans si le temps le permet , chambre très propre et superbe ( beaucoup de cachet )
Très belle adresse que je recommande vivement .
