En surplomb de la route côtière, face à la baie de Mahébourg, ce sont quelques tables et barils revisités sous des toiles tendues, et une cuisine de poche dans un food truck. Ne pas se fier au style roots de l'endroit (qui a son charme) mais à son taux de fréquentation qui en dit long sur la savoureuse cuisine maison qui mijote là dans des carailles traditionnelles – d'où parfois un peu d'attente. Mines frites, agneau ou poisson grillé, burgers-minute, calamars au lait de coco... tout est frais et bon, et le lundi c'est Lobster Night – réservation recommandée.

1. There was no parking , but I managed to park the car on the road.
2. We arrived around 7:25 p.m. with my husband and took a seat at the first table we saw (it was an 8-seat table). One waiter came and asked politely to swap tables. There is no problem with it. We've been placed on a two-place table, which is very uncomfortable. It's a metal barrel cut in half, and our knees were banging against the table. The plastic chair was also very uncomfortable.
3. The worst part was the wait. We arrived at 7:25 p.m., as mentioned above, and were served the starter at 9:07 p.m., which is very long!! The main dish came at 9:37 p.m. I was so hungry during this waiting time. I've never in my life waited this long to be served!! I back was also hurting a lot sitting for so long on this plastic chair. The table really to small for two persons eat.
4. The food was good and delicious—the seafood crispy starter and the seafood platter—but I did not enjoy it as I was disappointed.
5. Another point the atmosphere and music as good.
I would like to recommend that the concerned persons communicate the delays in order, and if you know there would be a long delay, please serve some snacks freely, like "baguette fromage, pistache," or whatever, to compensate for the wait.
