Le Shangri-La est un hôtel magnifique avec un personnel charmant et professionnel.
Les plages et la piscine adults only sont très belles. La nourriture est exceptionnelle, une mention toute particulière au restaurant japonais.

One of my favourite stays. Touessrok is an excellent hotel. It is the type of hotel that you won't stop thinking of. The Staffs, the food, the atmosphere all made a memorable stay. The staffs treat everyone the same, doesn't matter if you look brown or look like the local or speak creole, they would treat you well regardless and I love that. I have experience some mediocre behaviour in other hotels and Shangri-la touessrok is not one them, it is a hotel above class.

Overall a very very underwhelming experience at this property of shangrila in Mauritius.
The staff and service was bad.
The food was below average.
The whole experience was not pleasant.
We were celebrating a birthday and had specifically emailed regarding the time of day we want the cake to be in the room.inspite of that, we had to ASK them when it was way beyond time about its delivery. Is that how you celebrate ocassions?
The lady named Nishy was the one who checked us in and she couldn't be more uninformed about their own facilities. Babies food is not up for charge under 6 years and our was just 17 months. She was clueless about that and rudely said it's chargeable and their is a menu in the room.
You cannot have uninformed disinterested unwelcoming staff as the first line of communication for a guest. I really wonder how can you even hire such people.
Sullen looking uninformed staff who don't care two hoots of the guests goes to show the kind of training they have and the standards of hospitality the hotel follows.
The breakfast buffet was substandard to say the least. We spent 6 nights at the properly and I am not exaggerating when I say the menu was THE SAME ON ALL DAYS. tasteless , lack of variety, lazy staff at 7 am in the morning when there were hardly any tables occupied. They look ages to get a cup of coffee or eggs or simply forget items which were asked for.
The room service is barely 2 pages and there is absolutely no consistency in the food. We ordered the chicken and fish curry 2 nights during the stay and we got 2 different dishes both the time.
Don't be fooled by the hotels Instagram page. They show swings and hammocks and what not and absolutely nothing is in on site at the properly and when asked about it to the staff they are clueless too.
Just hosting so called influencers at the property is not going to do any good for your hotel if you don't know how to treat a paying customer.
The only good staff member was chef Avishek who went over and above to make sure all our baby food requirements were met. Chef you should be at a much better property which actually knows what hospitality is.
I would absolutely not recommend shangrila Mauritius for families specially or otherwise.
For the amount you pay, it is definitely not a luxurious or grand stay in any sense of word.
We had a great holiday at shangrila Boracay philipines which made us give this property a chance but shangrila Mauritius is a shame. An absolute waste of good money and time.

We came here for our honeymoon and it has been incredible even better than we could have hoped. From the moment we arrived the service as been so friendly and helpful. Food here is incredible and so fresh, also everything here is halal. Kushi and saffron are both amazing restaurants but the buffet at le bazar has really delicious options and is way better than an average hotel buffet.

Rooms are so spacious with incredible ocean views, and beach access , there is various activities you can take part in and book on the day too that are all really fun and free for guests.

This is the most amazing hotel and I’m glad we picked it for our honeymoon. Hope to come back again in the future!

The best location, food and service. They did everything possible to make our stay amazing.
It was my daughter’s birthday and they surprised us multiple times with multiple gifts, cakes and even bed decorations. Everyone in staff was so welcoming and really kind to all the visitors. We also stayed Lux Grand Gaube but the experience was nowhere nearly as good.

Wonderful resort, great food, family-friendly and excellent service - we will definitely be returning!

Magnifique hôtel bénéficiant de tout le confort qu'on peut attendre.
Personnel extrêmement gentil et attentionné.
Îlot privé Mangénie et île aux cerfs accessible en 10 minutes avec le bateau-navette.
Les 4 restaurants sont tous excellents particulièrement le Safran. Le chef Dev a pris le temps de venir a notre rencontre.
Nous remercions toute l'équipe et aurons vraiment plaisir à revenir.

Séjour parfait. Je tiens à souligner l’extrême gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel et tout particulièrement le personnel du restaurant « Le Bazar » qui s’est rendu plus que disponible et sympathique. D’autre part la qualité du buffet ainsi que du service était tout simplement bluffante.

L’hôtel est magnifique et idéalement situé. L’île privée est remarquable, nous avions l’impression d’être seuls au monde.

Tout est bien organisé et l’hygiène des chambres est irréprochable.

L’hôtel est également très bien sécurisé.

Sur 2 semaines de séjour au sein de l’établissement je n’ai pu constater que des points positifs!

Un hôtel somptueux, pour des vacances hors du temps!
Tout y était parfait: la cuisine des différents restaurants (international, local, Indien, Japonais…), les piscines paradisiaques, les chambres sont d'un grand confort avec des vues imprenables et les activités proposées sur place ne permettent pas de s'ennuyer une seule seconde! Accès privé à l'îlot Mangénie ou à l'ile aux Cerfs, sports nautiques (Pédalo, kayak, paddle, ski nautique, snorkeling…), terrains de tennis, jeux de société, dégustation de vins du monde entier, rencontre avec des tortues géantes, baby-foot, ping-pong…
Mention particulière au Sega Bar où de fabuleux chanteurs et musiciens viennent se produire pour rythmer vos soirées!
Mais ce qui nous aura le plus marqué pendant notre séjour, ce sont les collaborateurs! Des personnes sincères au grand cœur; Simla qui s'est occupé à merveille de notre chambre, Parwez & Roméo, nos supers pilotes de voiturette, Daniel qui nous a touché dès la prise en charge à l'aéroport, Bantoo pour sa gentillesse chaque soir au Bazar. Autant de gens fantastiques que je ne pourrais tous citer, mais une chose est sûre ; vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés, vous vous sentirez au Shangri-La Le Touessrok encore mieux qu'à la maison!

منتجع جميل جدا ونظيف ويوجد به انشطة بحريه مجانا وايضا جزيرة ينقلك قارب يتحرك كل ٢٠ دقيقة يوجد ٤ مطاعم ممتازه افضلهم المطعم الأساسي اما* ما عدا زعفران مطعم هندي تعامل العاملين فيه سيئ جدا وغير ودودين*.. نصيحه لا تجيه وهذا سبب نقصان النجمه
