L'hôtel se situe dans un très beau cadre, très calme. Les gens y sont très respectueux
Séjour au top grâce à Kryst le manager, Juanito le DJ et le reste de l'équipe de l'animation.

In unserem ersten Zimmer sind die Ameisen neben dem Bett an der Wand hoch gelaufen… Wir haben dann das Zimmer gewechselt und noch mehr alten Dreck präsentiert bekommen.
Die Toilettentüre lässt sich nicht schließen und an den Wänden klebt gelbes Zeug.
Personal wirkt sehr lustlos und gibt sich keinerlei Mühe um die Situation für uns zu verbessern. Wir haben mehrmals mit der Managerin gesprochen und uns beschwert…. Lösungsvorschlag: Keiner.
Erst nachdem wir Bilder an die zentrale Emailadresse geschickt haben, wurde uns eine Rückerstattung von 50% des Preises angeboten wenn wir gehen wollen.
Eine absolute Frechheit sowas 4 Sternehotel zu nennen. Wir sind wirklich sehr enttäuscht.
Les points positifs :
- une plage assez sauvage,
- un hôtel intimiste dont toutes les chambres ont une vue mer.
Les points négatifs :
- l’hôtel est vieux et absolument pas entretenu, ne vaut pas 4 étoiles, des fuites d’eaux partout,
- les chambres sont assez sales, miroir, verre, tableaux tachés et même les serviettes (aucune serviette sans taches en 9 jours !)
- le personnel de restaurant n’est pas agréable (étonnant connaissant la gentillesse du peuple mauricien),
- absence totale de service, nous avons attendu plus deux heures pour avoir nos valises, ils ne sont jamais arrivées, nous sommes allées les récupérés nous-mêmes à l’accueil (ils ne se sont même pas soucié de la disparition des valises…),
- les serveurs ne débarrassent pas les verres au bord de la piscine et de la plage.
The rooms are spacious with fantastic views. Housekeeping services also good, especially Veena did a good job.
Note that any food ordered to the room, there is a service charge of 250 MUR.
There is a store in the resort premises where you can buy beach wear and other accessories , but the prices are ridiculous.
For a comb, I was charged 500 MUR.
Some activities like kayaking, glass bottle and surfing can be availed free of cost at the boathouse.Other water sports like undersea walk, snorkelling, parasailing, tube riding are paid, u can bargain for the prices, better book in advance.
Our package included half board, meaning breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast spread is huge but not much variety day to day and dinner different cuisines every day but the taste is not up to the Indian palate.
On our first day we were charged 120 MUR for water, which was cancelled on last day (In supermarket price is 30MUR for 1.5litre). There was some confusion among the reception staff and dining staff regarding this. For three days during dinner we didn’t order any water neither did they offer. This issue put a dent in our holiday spirit.
There are other restaurants and bar as well to chill out. Watch out live music performances at 9pm every night.
On our last day our departure was at 6:30 AM, the packed breakfast was ready for us, a surprise & nice gesture.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und mit Meerblick.
Das Essen war ok, mehr aber leider auch nicht.
Es gab eine Reihe von kostenlosen Wassersportaktivitäten was wir sehr toll fanden.
Der Poolbereich und das Hotel war leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Leider hatten wir im September zudem noch sehr Pech mit dem Wetter. Es hat 4 Tage am Stück nur gestürmt und geregnet.
From the day of check in to check out,everything was inch perfect like a magic.
Few things I suggest to Management to add on in full on board packages like
01. Complimentary 02 water bottles in room everyday needs to be provided.
02. Our room 1121 shower area needs some new revisions as water sometimes passes through glasses to other side.
Overall it was a amazing experience, will definitely choose next time again with same room.

The buffet was ok, except 2 days we saw bugs around the bread and the coffee.
The food packages are a rip off. We ended up being forced to pay 45$ for 2 packed breakfast that included 2 juices, 4 mini-muffins (that were incredibly dry), 2 apples, 2 ice teas and 2 yogurt. They wouldn't let us pay the breakfast for all days except the last. Our flight was at 7 and we had to leave 5:00 am for the airport. A total rip-off.
I am giving it a 2 stars, as the rooms were nice and spacious, the view was good and the staff lovely, but the overall experience was bad: the lack of privacy, the amount of noise, the petition to change the room that was lost into nothingness and never mentioned again (after 2 requests), the bland food... I wouldn't recommend and I would definitely not go back.
