Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l'hôtel Inn Nyc. Le personnel a pris en compte notre demande de pouvoir disposer de chambres côte à côte. Les chambres sont bien équipées (Cafetière, micro-onde et frigo). Le quartier ne manque pas de commerces pour faire ses courses et bien qu'ayant des enfants avec nous, nous n'avons pas été inquiétés. On apprécie la proximité du métro, quartier idéal pour rejoindre Brooklyn, la statue de la liberté, le mémorial du 11 septembre, les quartiers petite italy, Chinatown...etc. Je recommande cet hôtel, mais je recommande quand même l'utilisation du coffre fort à disposition dans la chambre, surtout pour mettre ses biens précieux et ses médicaments. Je suis revenue allégée de mes médicaments. Seul point négatif à cet établissement.

L Hotel è bello, le stanze sono comode e pulite e sopratutto il grosso punto di forza è che ha la fermata della metropolitana sotto ed è comodissimo per spostarsi in tutta NY.
Altra cosa ottima è che in palestra c'è il distributore d'acqua.
Forse non è molto centrale come posizione, questa è l'unica pecca però lo consiglio

Great location!???? only a 10 minute subway ride to the Financial district and 15 to Times Square. Neighborhood is full of dubious quality eateries, sex shops and some joints which I did not like that much.
Anyway, rooms are clean prices are competitive, staff is nice and you can take the subway right to JFK easily

Tolles Hotel mit superfreundlichem Personal.
Das Hotel war unser Aufenthaltsort während der gerade beendeten Reise nach NYC.
Es liegt für New Yorker Verhältnisse eher ruhig in der Lower East Side.
Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich und bemüht, für die anfallenden Fragen eine Lösung zu finden.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden auch während des Aufenthalts ordentlich gereinigt.
Leider waren gerade einige Fassadenarbeiten im Gang und die Bar geschlossen, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt.
Im Hotel selber gibt es einen kleinen Minimarkt, der mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet ist, der (kostenpflichtige) Frühstücksservice ist gut.
Tee, Kaffe und warmes Wasser stehen 24/7 zur Verfügung, ebenfalls ist der Toaster 24/7 nutzbar.
Im Hotelzimmer sind Kühlschrank. Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Safe, Bügeleisen und Fön vorhanden.
Vom Hotel aus sind Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die U-Bahn-Station ist nur wenige Meter entfernt, sodass man leicht nach Midtown, Downtown oder zum Flughafen kommt.
Unsere Aussicht auf Midtown war phänomenal!
Sofern man sich auch an die (in den USA üblichen) Gepflogenheiten wie Tip (Trinkgeld) und Freundlichkeit hält, steht einem tollen Urlaub nichts im Weg.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn was fantastic! From the moment we checked in, the desk clerk provided excellent service, making our check-in seamless and hassle-free. Throughout our stay, our room was consistently cleaned daily, and we always had fresh linens, ensuring a comfortable environment. We were impressed by the attention to cleanliness and the upkeep of the facilities. Despite being in New York City, the hotel prices were surprisingly affordable compared to Airbnb options, and a major plus was that washcloths were provided! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to return for another stay. Highly recommended for a comfortable and affordable accommodation option in NYC.

Given the price, it is a pleasant surprise. The room is comfortable with good AC. It is quiet considering its location. However, the door can not block noise well. On the first night, I had a very bad neighbor, who kept on opening/closing their door (which is very loud) for more than 2 hours well into 3am in the morning. I could not fall asleep until then.

It turned out the neighbor was having the takeout indoor the whole time, while keeping the food outdoor, effectively using the corridor as the kitchen.

I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn NYC LES. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The bed was actually quite comfortable, though I would prefer they put queens in small rooms so they can fit a small chair instead of always putting in a king that takes up the room. The food options in the lobby were very basic, and I never really saw ‘breakfast’ though maybe those packaged items in the morning is what that was for. There is no restaurant. The gym is very small and in the basement and had an off-putting smell so I didn’t use it. But it’s NY, so I got my steps in! The neighborhood is a mix of rundown and sketchy, cool and hip, and fancy and upscale, so options for everyone. The subway is a block away and couldn’t have been more convenient with some great lines that can get you to anywhere fast. I even got all the way to LaGuardia on one subway ticket and the free bus in Queens; probably just as fast and WAY cheaper than a cab or car service. One thing not under the hotel’s control I’m sure is that the nearest Citibike rack is quite a few blocks away in any direction. Overall, it was a great choice for the price and actually exceeded my expectations. If nicer hotels are ever at that same price point, of course I’d stay somewhere else, but if rates are high, it’s a great choice.

For the price, a terrific spot with everything we needed AND wanted - Location, amenities, price. Did I mention ... price? Right where we wanted to be with easy access to subways, shopping, theaters (both kinds). Friendly folk (& it didn't seem like, y'know: 'Oh, you're stayingHoliday Inn? I see...'

I didn’t have many expectations of this place but glad I was wrong. First off the price was actually affordable and the room was comfortable. What makes me give this place 5 stars is the staff. From being able to check in early or food advice the front desk staff was incredible.

Sauberes Hotel in sehr guter Lage, Kaffee und Tee gibt’s auch kostenlos. Im Zimmer gibt es auch eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich. Mein Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass in dem Hotel Obdachlose untergebracht werden. An sich ist es ja eine gute Sache, aber die Gäste werden darüber nicht informiert und wenn man am Morgen aus dem Hotel geht, lassen sich viele von Ihnen direkt davor antreffen und es herrscht eine eher unangenehme Stimmung..Deshalb einen Stern abzug.

We stayed here before because my daughter lives nearby. We like it this hotel a lot because it’s close to the subway, easy to find, close to Essex Market and the service is great. Our room is a little small for full sized 3 adults but it’s clean, co for table and has nice amenities. I do recommend and the price is right.
