RIVA DEL SOLE ^{* * *}

This hotel was in a good location spot unfortunately the air conditioning system was so old that it was impossible to be in the room during the day/night. We visited last week of Summer when it was so hot ????. Our room was on the first floor in the middle first and then was changed to the corner. We could not control the Air Conditioning in the room as only the reception had full control of it. We did ask to assist but they ignored us. I spoke to reception person and the manager but the manager lady was so rood to me and my husband. When the staff changed at the evening, one of the staff member felt so bad for me that he brought a fan. Also do expect when you out during the day, the cleaning lady enters the room, keep in mind our room was already clean because our fan was taking away from the room when we got back. I never experienced anything like that in the past. I hope my review was helpful.

חדרים מרווחים, מקלחת מרווחת ונעימה, מיטה גדולה ונוחה, ארות בוקר טובה. הצוות היה מאד ידידותי וחביב. חניה חינמית ליד המלון. מיקום המלון מצויין, על הטיילת, קרוב למדרחוב.

Cortesia e professionalità. Molto attenti alle esigenze dei clienti. Lo consiglio.

Hotel davvero carino praticamente davanti alla spiaggia. Perfetto per passare qualche giorno tranquillo. Nelle vicinanze ci sono bar e ristoranti pizzeria. Il parcheggio si trova con un po’ di pazienza ma neanche troppa. Posto molto consigliato

ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA
Abbiamo scelto un 4 stelle per avere i confort che il 4 stelle ha l'obbligo di dare....ma mi è sembrato di stare in un hotel da una stella...
Complimenti al personale che ha compensato al disagio.....
Caro collega, se un cliente ti avverte di un disservizio( non funzionano l'aria condizionata, la luce in bagno ecc) e doveroso intervenire subito ho in alternativa cambiargli la camera...
Trovo offensivo avermi fatto uno sconto di 4 euro.....
Spero che ne farete tesoro di questi consigli....
