Prices are not as advertised. I was billed an additional fee for each night after check out without being informed. They also charged me for 2 $8 bottles of water in my room which I did not touch. I had a broken iron in my room which was replaced by a second broken iron. It's a nice hotel in a nice area but this stuff was frustrating.

Had a fantastic stay at Le Pavilion during a recent business trip. The hotel combines classic charm with modern luxury offering a stylish atmosphere and located near the French Quarter. Despite being sold out and quite busy, the staff went above and beyond, displaying incredible friendliness and accommodation by arranging an early check-in for us. Additionally the rooms were very clean, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, I was impressed by the high level of customer service and the delightful ambiance of the hotel. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

This was a return trip to Le Pavillion for us , our last visit in 2005. Still such a beautiful hotel and our room was spacious and comfortable. We were disappointed though. The bell man outside looked the other way when cab dropped us off leaving us to struggle getting our suitcases up the front steps. Front desk lady was helpful and engaging but a porter gave us bad directions to a restaurant nearby. The restaurant now only has a breakfast buffet and I’d have enjoyed just a small breakfast. In our room the door knob to the bathroom fell off and the knob to open and close shower door was loose. We really felt a restaurant of this caliber should have coffee in the lobby opposed to expensive serve yourself Starbucks coffee in the pantry. They have continued the pb and j service but it used to be near bedtime which made more sense. Front desk personnel were always pleasant.

I absolutely love my stay at LePavillion! From the time I walked in and saw the chandeliers and crown molten ceilings I was in love! The common room/lobby was full of comfortable furniture and interesting people. The staff was very helpful about pointing the was to a few of the sights I wanted to see and the hotel itself is just a couple blocks from Bourbon Street so that made going out to sight see a breeze! The room was beautiful and equipped with air purifiers as well as filtered water in the shower which gave me a easy excuse to take and extra shower to appreciate the luxury of it all. They also had delicious strawberry water and lemon water available in the lobby. I absolutely lived this place and recommend it to anyone wanting a swanky stay in New Orleans!

This was a last minute booking for my daughter and I that had been driving all day and it was by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. The beds!! Oh my gosh, I have never spelt so well. Every day I wake up sore and in pain but not after a night in the most comfortable bed I have ever laid in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If we travel to New Orleans again, we will definitely be staying here. Now to find our what bedding they use.

READ OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING WITH LE PAVILLON. ZERO STARS!!
I reserved and paid for a room for me and my son early yesterday morning (3/16/2024) through a booking site(Priceline). When I arrived, I was told by manager that my reservation was cancelled and there were no rooms available. Of course they denied any wrongdoing and put the blame on the booking site. Never received an email cancellation notice from hotel or anything from the booking site. Read the reviews, looks like this is common practice with Le Pavillon as others have said same thing. Hotel accepted my payment (have receipt for payment from Le Pavillon) therefore, I had a reserved a room but was told otherwise when I got there and given refund receipt. I absolutely refuse to ever give my hard earned dollars to a place that doesn’t have their patrons best interest. DO NOT STAY HERE!! You have been warned!!!

Booked Friday through Monday for st Patrick’s day parade coming in from Texas. The event was canceled and they would not allow us to cancel our room. They charged me full rate without us showing up. I was told the manager denied our request even though the city canceled the event. Without the event there was no reason to complete our drive to Louisiana. I was ok with them charging me for at least Friday night and possibly Saturday but she still wouldn’t let us cancel the reservation for the remaining days. Manager would not get on the phone to discuss.

This is supposed to be a luxury hotel... it's not. It doesn't have a functional restaurant. The hotel is undergoing renovations and their may be some inconvenience. You may want to consider other places until the finish the work

Apparently the staff thinks very highly of their automated front door, because during a pouring down rainstorm the manager felt the need to come out of her office to talk to me(another grown women) like a child & yelled at me in the lobby that I was going to break HER front door. I guess I should be telepathic & known the door is automated. I was so surprised that she was speaking to me in this tone, I just stopped & starred!! If this is how you treat your guests NO THANK YOU! This hotel maintains it's reputation in name only & does nothing for it's patrons.

PAULA was SO nice and super sweet! She was very nice over the phone and even nicer in person. She went above and beyond and helped us with a lot. Thank you Paula! The hotel was very nice, clean and conveniently located to a lot. We walked majority of places. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend for others to stay as well.

Great location but over priced for what you get, rooftop was closed, rooms were basic, no room service available, and never got refunded for the $500 deposit placed on my room, called them about it twice and was told it would take a few days to process but unfortunately I work in camp in Northern Canada so I don't have the time to chase $500 around out of the Southern US. So keep the money and lose the business next year.

Gorgeous hotel! Location was nice, away from the quarter, but walkable/good for lyft- we didn’t rent a car so can’t speak for the parking. The room was big and clean, comfortable bed and nice bathroom products. Loved the pbj tradition, the front desk service is ok, tried to call for refills on supplies like tp and soap, we ended up getting from the cleaning staff. Based on other reviews, could do with an upgrade on amenities and staff training!

I wanted to post a review on the first day of my stay but decided to wait in hopes that things would get better …
At checkin We was given our room. My friend went to use the restroom soon as we arrived and tried to open the bathroom door, the handle flew off. After having a $356 incidental hold placed on my card for the stay, i called the front desk to let them know. We wasn’t even in the room for two minutes! They said someone would be in to fix it. After my friend was able to use the bathroom she said how unsanitary it was so we went to the front desk and switched rooms. I don’t understand what make them say they are a 4 star hotel. They have no knowledge of the hospitality industry. Any time i needed anything I’d have to call the front desk 3 to 4 times before actually getting it or end up going down to the front desk.
The iron didn’t work
The bed had stain
There was a stain on the wall that only god knows what it was
The windows were dirty
The phone and tv was dusty
The room a c was not blowing any air.
$51 dollars a night to park is insane. Plus an additional $7 tax to that.
It’s def not worth $200+ a night.
The bar is merely a table in the middle of the lobby. No sink for the bartender to be sanitary. Drink were nasty and overpriced.

Anything you need to call for never arrives. Customer service here is a joke and does not exist. It angers me to think all the money i spent to stay here and get treated like a peasant.
I wouldn’t recommend nor will i be back.

This is a good hotel. The building itself has historical interest and the architecture is of a golden era. Rooms are very spacious with king bed, and include a walk in closet, although the bathroom is quite small in comparison. The bathroom features Molten Brown products. The communal areas have a nice feel about them but overall I would say the hotel feels a little tired. That said it offered a good price for us and is only 10 minutes walk from the start of the French Quarter.
