Un bel établissement bien placé, de grand confort, qui affiche des tarifs raisonnables au vu des prestations offertes et du standing de l'édifice. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, lumineuses et luxueuses. Cet hôtel situé dans un bâtiment historique, construit en 1910, a été rénové il y a peu, ceci dans l'esprit de Berkeley, c'est-à-dire avec un souci d'économie d'énergie et d'utilisation de matériaux écologiques. Vous avez le choix : vue sur la baie de San Francisco ou sur les collines environnantes. Son restaurant sert une cuisine méditerranéenne.

The only reason I had to dock a star for rooms was that we stayed on the 2nd floor and there was apparently a homeless person staying in one of the rooms right off the elevator. Not sure if it is a voucher program or what but the smell was unmistakable and overwhelming. Luckily our room was far down the hall, but it was always a bummer coming back to the hotel.
Also the hotel doesn't issue receipts and claims they will email them to you later, but they never follow through.
