Difficile de ne pas remarquer cet imposant building noir de 8 étages lorsque vous passerez à Paceville. Ouvert en 2016, ce luxueux boutique-hôtel se veut à la pointe de la technologie. C’est ainsi que, muni d’une tablette, vous pourrez tout contrôler dans votre chambre : la lumière d’ambiance, l’air conditionné, le paiement de la chambre, des réservations dans des établissements partenaires. Et le reste de l’équipement sera du même niveau : wifi ultra performant, minibar, tv satellite, service à café complet et même lit top confort, surtout lorsque l’on active la fonction massante. Certaines suites, supérieures « bain moussant », vous permettent de vous glisser dans un bain bouillonnant tout en appréciant une superbe vue sur St Georges’s Bay. Mais l’intimité est parfaitement garantie puisque vous pourrez tout admirer sans être vu, grâce à un traitement particulier du verre. Décoration moderne pour l’ensemble des 40 chambres. Et dans les environs, des bars faisant partie du même groupe comme Hugo’s Pub, Hugo’s Passion....

The Hugo's Boutique hotel is located in middle of Paceville surrounded of several discos/bars with extremely loud music until 5h, 7 days a week!!!
It's like trying to sleep inside a disco and the base sound shakes the walls of the room. Independently of the room and floor that you stay.
After complaining in the reception they gave us ear plugs!!! We couldn't sleep at all, even with noise cancelling headphones.
The next day we were moved to another hotel from the chain only after complaining to the travel agency. It was slightly better but also very noisy as all the area around St. George Bay! The same happened to other guests during our stay. Perfect if you want to party, a nightmare if you want to rest.
It's quite disturbing to see so many fake/bot reviews regarding this hotel.

We are not pleased to see your dissatisfaction, and we are sorry for not being able to offer you a more peaceful time. As you could see, the hotel is situated in a very vibrant entertainment area, which leaves us with limited options when it comes to noise problems, but we did try our best and offered the best thing available at the moment - it was our attempt to make your stay better. Unfortunately, such a review is kind of a proof that it was not successful, too bad.
On the other hand, we are grateful for your nice mentions about our rooms, designs and the staff - which is the most important part of any service.
To be honest, for us is quite disturbing that despite the efforts to reach you and assist you, you still left our properties believing that we only helped because you had complained to the agency (the email from the company was received after you had taken the new room). Also, we feel that it is not so ethical to claim that our good reviews are fake, but all in all, let us not keep long on that.
We still thank you for your review and hope to have an opportunity to welcome you during a quieter period in the area. It would be very nice to have an opportunity to improve your impression.
