Worst experience I've had traveling.
Disgracefull staff who seemingly had 0 training, 0 manners or experience. Rooms that are only "clean" on the surface (for e.g we had cig butts on our balcony).
And to top it all of, one of the nights, a fire alarm just blurt out at like 5am. In every room. There was no fire, but even if there was, don't count on the staff to let you know a thing. You can count on them to force entry in your room, push you, speak loudly at someone who was just forcefully woken up by an hotel mistake or loop or wtv that was, and then leave not even closing the door. I've heard about Malta hospitality, I never thought it was this bad. Absolutely disapointing from a "4star hotel".

At least it's close to the beach and casino.

My name is Luai and we are a music band who stayed at the hotel and I would really like to thank the amazing staff specially Arnel who on several occasions was very helpful and kind! He helped us with our rooms requests as well as going an extra mile in providing support to the best of his abilities for us to have a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. Recommended :)

Aspecte pozitive: curatenia, camere spatioase, personal ok,mancare variata si de buna calitate la restaurant.
Aspecte negative: mobilier vechi, debit apa foarte scazut( la limita utilizarii), un aer general de hotel vechi cu dotari invechite.
Localizarea este acceptabila, dar situat intr-o zona asemanatoare Centrului Vechi - galagie si oameni care au consumat excesiv bautura.
Ce nu am inteles:
1. de ce hotelul are 4 stele( unul de 3 stele din Romania este dotat chiar mai bine)
2. Plata a 4 euro ptr 2 cartele acces in camera.
3 .Plata a 150 euro garantie ptr camera ( au fost returnati la plecare)
Cel putin ultimele 2 puncte nu le-am mai intalnit pe nicaeri....
In concluzie, pot spune cu indulgenta ca este un hotel acceptabil, dar cu siguranta nu va mai fi o optiune intr-o posibila deplasare viitoare.

We were thrilled to read that you had a wonderful time, thanks in large part to the cosy room we provided you, the lively, central location, and the great service of the hotel staff. We apologise for any difficulty mentioned in your remarks and assure you that we have taken them in consideration but we would like to mention that: 1. With regards to your remark that we are not 4 stars, we would like to mention that every year the Malta Tourism Authority (MTA) comes to check that our 4-star standards are kept and hence, your remark could be misleading to potential guests. This is not something we give ourselves but it is a rating given to us. 2. The payment of 4 Euros was towards city tax which is in effect in all Europe and has nothing to do with room access cards. 3. As you mentioned, the 150 Euros are taken as guarantee. This could be in the form of cash or credit card and covers any extra items you may have from the hotel, which also includes the damaging of goods.

We thank you for having stayed with us and in the future, we hope to see you again in Malta.

Their attitude and response perfectly shows the quality of their service and shocking mindset towards customers.

They now act as there was some sort of real emergency going on (their staff came twice to our room and never mentioned it), accuse me of putting everybody in danger, and in the same line admit that if there was actually a real emergency, they could not possibly warn everyone bcause there are 263 rooms.

Other guests that we spoke to also disconnected their alarms like we did, and eventually all alarms stopped ringing - but apparently it was it was all my fault... At this point I wouldn't be surprised if they called the police on everyone :D

[INITIAL COMMENT]
The most abhorrent experience I’ve had in a hotel. Even more when we consider the nearly 200$ a night price.

Our night was a nightmare, with alarms going off all the time (including INSIDE the room). No one at reception answered any calls. Eventually after realising this was a malfunction and not a real threat, I disconnected the alarm from the ceiling because it was ringing inside the room (super loud).

Their staff came and bluntly said they needed to “check what we’ve done”. All they did was connect the alarm again and leave — no apologies or explanations.

Minutes later the alarm went off inside the room, again!... The sound is so loud that we had no other choice but to disconnect it again.

Again their staff guy came, tall guy with glasses and FORCED his entry into our room. We didn’t want him to enter because he was just going to reconnect the alarm again and we know what would happen next…. But he forced entry into the room, scuffling with me and pushing me aside!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Almost hard to believe when I tell it to other people

No explanations, no apologies or anything - not even at checkout. Insane!!

(Not to mention the smelly carpet and bathroom floor being flooded with water everytime we took a shower, despite our efforts not to)

Bottom line is that whilst you are mentioning our attitude, your attitude towards the health and safety of others is null and in fact we go further by saying that you are a dangerous and irresponsible person. Nowhere in your original or edited version did you mentioned that you broke the fire sensor in the room you occupied, causing very expensive damage in someone else's property and once again jeopardising the lives of many others around you. We pity the people who have to share a room in the same hotel as you, they have no clue how dangerous you are. Please note that you are now blacklisted in our system, so please do not return to this property as you will not be accepted as a guest and the police will be called upon so that you will pay all the damages you did.]

Thank you for your review on Google. We were sorry to read that you encountered difficulties. Nonetheless, we would like to mention a few things about your review. During the time you were having your difficulties sleeping due to the fire alarm sound, even our staff were facing difficulties trying to sort it out and because of your actions, they were having more difficulties as the fire alarm would not stop because you caused a disconnected loop within the system. You would not know about such things as you are not a fire alarm technician or frequent user and that is why what you did is absolutely irresponsible. By disconnecting the sensor in your room you were only prolonging the time we had trying to stop it, but reading your review looks as if you know better. If you tell the real story of what happened to people and they agree with you, then they do not know a thing about fire alarms and also they have no clue of how you were jeopardising the health and safety of everyone in the hotel by your actions. Our security were only doing their job trying to reinstate the loop and all you did was trying to stop them from doing their job, hence their actions. You may consider yourself lucky that we did not file a complaint about you to the local police as you were putting the lives of many people at risk for your own benefit. As for us informing you about what is happening, please remember that we have 263 rooms and it takes time to inform everyone especially when the same staff are trying to deal with a major problem in the first place. Notwithstanding, we appreciate your understanding and apologise for the inconvenience.

very bad I couldn’t sleep because alarms were constantly ringing inside on the whole floor and in the room too… nobody told me what was happening and no solution was provided

Da consigliare….!camera con grande letto….ampia e silenziosa..gentile il personale…. ! Colazione abbondante..! H vicino ai mezzi pubblici raggiungibile a piedi..!unica nota dolente…. Se possibile non alloggiare dalla parte interna dell H..!????????????????????dove funzionano a pieno ritmo 20 condizionatori..????????( dal rumore assordante)… ! Come avere in casa un cantiere edile!!!!!! Quindi finestre sempre chiuse!!! ????‍♀️????‍♀️????‍♀️????‍♀️

Ottimo hotel con posizione davvero strategica a St Julian l. Situato proprio di fronte il mare con vista sul Casinò e a 300 m dalla meravigliosa movida. Bellissima la piscina sul tetto e la sala da pranzo con vista sul mare!!!.

Camera con arredamento sorpassato,se vi danno la camera interna cioè vista città non potreste aprire il porta finestra in quanto ci sono dei grandissimi condizionatori molto rumorosi.

Regarding your comments about the AC chillers in the internal yard, please note that we had to put these chillers somewhere as without them there would not have been AC in the common areas such as the restaurant or lobby. As you also know we have a pool on the roof top so no space for AC chillers there either. Simply, there is no other space for them. It is very easy to criticise but very hard to find viable solutions. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and assure you that your feedback is well noted.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your stay with us and potential future guests. We were sorry to read that on this occasion the experience did not meet your expectations. Please note that we take these comments very seriously but in your case, it seems that we do nothing right in this hotel and additionally, whoever reads your review thinks we have nothing positive to offer. For other guests to make informed choices, we would like to mention that the hotel is situated in a central and vibrant location, close to many restaurants, and entertainment places and very convenient to travel around the island by public transport. We are quite sure that people on a real holiday will find this characteristic positive. We would also like to mention the friendly and kind nature of our front office team who do their best and go out of their way to make the sojourn of our guests as pleasant as possible. Additionally, we offer a wellness facility, where our guests can enjoy a Sauna or Turkish bath together with the gym and also massages to aid in their relaxation while on holiday. The rooms are cleaned daily by our professional housekeeping staff and hence, kept clean for the benefit of our guests. There is also La Casa lounge bar, where our dedicated bar tenders prepare a variety of coffees, teas and alcoholic drinks, all in a hotel ambience of relaxation. To convey that everything we offer is negative is a bit extreme.

Bell'Hotel, unica pecca della zona è che è un agglomerato di hotel l'uno sull'altro, il che peggiora un territorio altrimenti bello come la Sardegna.

Si bien no está en el centro de La Vallleta es muy buena su ubicación.
Cerca de la playa y muchos cafés y restaurantes en zona al igual que centros comerciales.

Very noisy as the cooling system is in the 1st floor and you cant stay in balcony. Only if you have see view room you can avoid the noise

A four stars hotel looks absolutely different. We booked via Booking.com and the images of Booking were looking totally different. 660,-€ for a 2 Star Hotel Quality is to much. Probably they have other rooms, but ours was very dirty... Location was good, but loud. That's the reason why I gave 2 Stars, instead of 1

Pleins de restaurants et de bars piur sortir entres amis
Le casino en face de l'hôtel parfait en bord de mer
Les chambres très bien grandes spacieuses et propre.
Service parfait.

Literie très bien.

Cependant mal insonorisé lorsque les gens sortent de l'ascenseur ils oublient qu'ils ne sont pas sur un marché forrain à la 03h du mat

Le dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel manque de goût et de saveur
C'est dommage car variés u niveau du buffet

Le petit dejeuner oh top
Variés et on repart le ventre rempli

Les serveurs très bien et l'accueil aussi

On devait avoir le cocktail de bienvenue mais je l'attends toujours.. ????????

Hôtel propre et jolie entrée

Il faudrait refaire au niveau de la piscine la peinture mais propre et sympa la piscine sur le toit

Dommage que la piscine intérieure était en rénovation

Service de bagagerie bien
Des toilettes en bas très bien et propre

Salle de sport bien

Dommage que les pantoufles faut les acheter...

Absence de machine à café et bouillire en chambre
Ce serait un plus pour un hôtel de 4 étoiles

Remek helyen, közel a buszmegállókhoz, közel a tengerparthoz. Gyalogosan is sok minden elérhető a városban. Segítőkész személyzet
