Cet établissement au cœur du village propose 107 chambres, 21 junior suites et des suites plus grandes, modernes et décorées avec goût. Celles des derniers étages avec vue sur la mer sont évidemment plus intéressantes. A l’arrière de l’hôtel, vous trouverez un superbe jardin botanique entourant la piscine extérieure. Une autre se trouve sur le toit, en cascade. La façade colorée complète joliment l’ensemble.
Le By Transforma Spa est l’un des points forts de cet établissement. De nombreux soins sont proposés. Les équipements sont ceux attendus pour un hôtel de ce standard : sauna, bain bouillonnant, massage, gymnase… Le restaurant Antonine Al Fresco vient d'ouvrir cet été sur le toit, il sert de la très bonne cuisine thaïe du mardi au dimanche à partir de 19h.

Of cause we are saddened that you stay with us was marred in any way , as you can see this is not the feedback we normally receive , however for the benefit of other members, we must address any concerns in a fair context. In this instance and although not mentioned in your review , your main concern was that after an error in your own booking dates which resulted in you arriving a day later .
On arriving the following morning , you had requested a refund for the night unused but at the same time claiming the same room for early check in ,as you had paid for the room.
As per most terms and condition we or agent were not in a position to do so.
We also respectfully submit that at no point did you make any reference to any issue with the room given,
After confrontational behavior directed at our staff, and witnessed by many , we contacted the agent in order to arrange a refund, to defuse and resolve the matter.
All our esteemed guests both present and future have my assurance that we do not condone rudeness from our staff but also ask that you may appreciate , when unable to give a guest the answer they desire this may also be unfairly perceived as rude or unhelpful .
