Experiencia Fantástica, un gran hotel, decoración, amenities, materiales, cama, almohadas, habitación impecable, atención personalizada, trato y servicio excepcional. La ubicación es genial en pleno centro de Madrid y a un paso de Gran Vía (2' andando), pero con mucha más tranquilidad.
Un gran equipo al frente, en especial queremos agradecer el trato y la atención y recomendaciones de Sandra (concierge) que se desvivió por nosotros y también de Mario en recepción. Ganas de repetir y de encontrarnos de nuevo con vosotr@s.
Volveremos pronto!!

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was very disappointing this time. The hotel is very nice rooms are modern but that is all. Front desk girls are horrible I’m not sure how a 5 star hotel would put these girls at their front house to treat paying customers like these. They are very rude rarely acknowledge you. I have never been treated so poorly in a 5 start hotel. I had dinner at the restaurant and it also went downhill since last year. the food was horrible very bland. We had to send out plates back 3 times. The brought the wrong order twice , a complete mess. For over $400 a night there is so many hotels in Madrid were you can stay were you’re going to be treated so much better.
This is a bad 4 star hotel at best.

Rooms are beautiful, The Omar is great, solid gym, and great location. Only downside was the creaky floor by the entrance of my room but it isn't enough to knock this down from a 5/5.

La experiencia fue magnífica, desde que llegas te hacen sentir como en casa.
La cenas en el restaurante Omar, fue excelente la comida y la atención son súper amables y educados.
La habitación 602 cómoda y bonita, estuvieron atentos a la limpieza, orden, súper detallistas todo el tiempo.
Los recomiendo a ojos cerrados, y claro que regresaríamos.
